Deciding calories based on hunger?

I've not done a cycle yet. So this is a total noob question.

I have my daily diet planned on a spreadsheet. It stays that way for a while until weight and gym gains stall.

From what I've read, when on cycle you eat a whole lot more. Do you just bump up the calories to a level you think you should be eating? Or do you let you hunger guide you as to how much more you should up your calories?

I was reading a thread where someone says he has only put on 3lbs in 6 weeks. The suggestion was to increase calories. So would you do that as a plan or let hunger tell you if you need to up your calories. I'm assuming when on cycle your body is looking for food and hence you feel hungry more than usual

* sheesh! simple question turned into a long ass post! o_O

If you want to bulk properly you won't be hungry and still have 1-2 meals left to eat so no don't let hunger decide let your goals decide. On cycle bulking have your calories 1k above maintainence and reevaluate every week don't be reactive be proactive so you don't stall.

Depends on your goals but high protein is best in general. No less than 1 gram per lb of bw is a good

If you're trying to get big though - you should never be hungry on cycle IMO.

Bulking = force feeding 24/7. In other words, food will be coming out of your ears the entire duration of your cycle if you want maximum gains

Any time you try to break a new level your going to have to put in the work. I remember when 220 was hard as fuck:rolleyes:
It was just the beginning.
Then 240, 250, 260 etc etc. I still have yet to break 290. But you see I know I have my work cut out for me. Each new level is fucking harder and harder. If I ever went by "hunger" I failed. Write it on paper or get fitnesspal. Otherwise you'll under eat every damn time when you feel full.

If you run out of time in the day to eat or your vagina gets too sore get up pre schedule and have a meal. Go back to bed. Or add as much whole milk as you can (if you can digest it). Milk got me thru alot of plateaus. If you cant drink a glass of milk even when your full what can you do?

I was thinking more of a planned bulk. In the event my body needed more calories than planned, I assumed I would feel hungry and hence increase cals. But I'm beginning to think this is an unlikely scenario unless I seriously underestimate calories.

Plan your meals, you'll soon find out that you will never be hungry, just super full all day everyday

lol I wasn't kidding. Check out the pics.Thats my current cut IF set up. The list does not have 2003-2006 as I lost that on a previous computer. ;)
Flew over your head. Read the word in bold, and if you don't know what it means look up the definition
