What's your stats, goals and training style?
Currently about to switch from bulk to cut.

I blast / cruise. I train 5x5 on bulk to build my strength then When I switch to cut I dial back a bit on weight and go for 3-4 sets for reps and go for endurance. Usually 1-2 warm up sets then 1-2 working sets.
Goals are look good and feel good. I'm not a competitor, just trying to be a better version of me.
Been training properly for 3 years or so, between a life of working rigs and firefighting it's become a good way for me to unwind.
