like most people , i'm not a big fan of oatmeal and rather use vanilla instant oats (from myprotein) which is used by many bodybuilder in France (idk about US but probably) . Today i was wondering if it really was as healthy as real oats since it taste so much better , so from what i have been looking up , the IG of Instant oat is around 80 against 40 for oatmeal ! and i have been taking that shit for years... so i wonder why so many people use it ?
