Rookie need some guidance

Ive been working out off and on for 12 plus years and i wanted some advice on how to get shredded im getting older so by any means necessary . I do a lot of cardio and i think thats Y im stuck in the skinny fat stage. Its a lot of topics on here just trying to get some results

Skinny fat stage? Really? No, anything above 25% for a male is obese. I'm sorry if that comes as a surprise of if that is rude but you are obese. And I'm not sure how much reading you've been doing but aas don't burn fat, and aas don't magically make a fat physique look like anew aesthetic physique in 6 or even 12 weeks. What I would suggest is to actually go and do some cardio and look over your diet. You say you're doing a lot of cardio but the evidence isn't there, or you're just over eating for what you're working. You can't out train a poor diet. Don't even consider touching aas until you are at that magical 12-15% b.f. You'll just waste your time, money, and sacrifice your health. You do realize aas are unhealthy right.
