Hit some chest and shoulders today. Feeling great. Weights are going up easier, energy is up. Safe to say things are full swang now.

If your Kroger is set up like mine they keep the guac in two different places. One over by produce along the wall and the other near the healthy/organic stuff like hummus and feta cheese.

I feel like a Kroger shill, but they have some good deals if you take advantage. Do you have the app? Every Friday they give one free item to every customer if you load the coupon on your app.
We save up the full $1 off per gallon of gas every month, too. You can get up to 35 gallons, so we fill up both vehicles. Saves a bunch. When I buy from eBay I'll buy eBay cards at Kroger because you get 2-4x fuel points on certain cards. Plus doing the surveys gives you fuel points. Gotta work the system.

I gaimed a quarter inch on my calves, which is funny because I actually shaved them..... yes I did. Not proud of it, but under guidance of a national level physique and bodybuilding competitor I was told to start shaving now to condition my skin. All measurement are up but was it. .25 down.
