I'm trying something totally different - check this out!!

Alright gentlemen, tell me everything I fucked up this time...ready for my butt hurting critical feedback....

Did my third injection this morning. So far I went right quad last sunday, left glute Wednesday night. Today I did left quad. I went in on the side of the quad middle part, like at least a good hands with away from hip and good hands width away from knee. Like if you cut your quad into thirds starting from hip down to knee I went in middle third on side and moved it up just a little from my injection spot last sunday because my Chiro said I was cutting it close to IT band.

To cut back on PIP, I drawl my oil and then warmed under hot water careful not to let any of the water get near the needle or where the needle connects to syringe (and I left the draw needle on). Then I went and swapped for injection needle but I fucked up and forgot to get the air all out so I ended up having to pin myself twice. The only other thing I think I could have done better was go in at more of a 90 degree angle. Left quad was trickier because I am right handed. However, I could feel it in the muscle and had a little muscle twitch when I went in (it's 1" 23g).

I aspirated and saw little air bubbles and then proceeded to push in very slowly this time to see if that helps with PIP. The first two injections I had to really press hard on that last 1/2 cc. this one went slow and smooth the whole time...
 
I can only slightly feel the injection spot just like when I go to doctor and get shot in the butt and I'm about to go workout. So I guess now it is just a waiting game for the flare up from the BA, or virigin muscle, or foreign substance or whatever everyone debates about causes PIP....If this goes like my first two shots I fully expect to wake up tomorrow morning like I got hit with a bat in the leg.
 
I'd rather warm the vial than the syringe. After warming it's much easier to wipe down with an alcohol pad before drawing from than attempting to keep the syringe sterile before injecting.

noted. for the record I think an unneccary protocol here in tx as our climate is only two seasons Summer and Winter and it is prime summer now...lol. For example, my coconut oil I cook with is solid in winter and water in the summer.
 
help me out guys. You all convinced me nova is shit on cycle. I have anastrozle or aromasin. Check all my math and dosages below and O realize these doses are only a standard starting point and may need adjustment. In a nutshell if all my math is right, anastrozle supply will take me right up to start of pct while aramosin supply will take me all the way through pct...

So below are my two options and remember today is day 1 of week 2. I pinned my third 250mg Test this morning. I'm planning to go for 10 weeks.

Option 1. Anastrozole quantity 20 1mg tabs - So I believe standard protocol is break these in half and do eod. So if my math is correct after I break in half I have 40 pills. every other day equals 80 days. Divided by 7 days a week , that gives me an 11.4 week supply.

Option 2. Aromasin. quantity 30 25mg tabs. I believe same protocal as Anastrozle. Break these in half and do eod. So that gives me 60 pills, every other day equals 120 days, Divided by 7 days makes for 17 weeks.

So for this 10 week cycle I think I go with Option 1, Anastrozle, and save my option 2 for if/when I do my next cycle which will be in the 12-16 week range and probably be an actual "stack". So if I start option 1 Anastrozle today, I think it will take me out to about 1.4 weeks past my 10th week (last week of injections). In other words, it will take me out to middle of 12th week which will be right around when I start PCT if I stick with the standard 14 days post last injection. So it doesn't quite take me all the way through PCT but is that necessary? Remember I have nolva and clomid lined up for PCT.

How do you all feel about the Option 1 plan starting today? And do I take this with meals? or doesn't matter
 
I would start your AI the beginning of week 3. But that's just me.

I am kind of doing what you suggest. I broke my anastrozle in half tonight. Several of them didn't break evenly and only about a third broke off. So I am starting with these small pieces (approx 0.3mg) every other day this week (week 2) and then the regular halves (approx .5 or greater) every other day next week (week 3).

Based on my calcs if i stay with this half pill eod of anastrozle it will last me right up to the day I start PCT.

What do you think?
 
Next week I am thinking about dividing my 500mg into three shots (Sun, Tues, thursday). Several reasons; (1) cut back on some of the PIP from pumping a full cc in every shot; (2) give me more even levels in my blood because I notice I feel completely jacked like Monday night and Tuesday and then back to normal Wednesday morning; (3) because I was going to start adding 250iu HCG injections twice a week (like add to my Sunday/Thursday injection) which is back to point 1 because if I add 250iu to 1cc sounds like a lot.

Do you all think this is a good idea? or just stick with my two time week injections and add the 250iu of HCG and keep it simple?
 
No typo. That was my original question in the original thread. I have legit real life Veterans who don't nerd out on some forum providing me this advice. So I have to trust them more than all the internet forum guys. They say crush up your 10mg pill and spread it out daily approximately 1-2mg a day. They say any more than that will diminish gains.

But I'm not idiot and that was my original question after all before everyone started wigging out because I was so crazy for not using my AI's. So now that you said that I will reconsider if I just want to pop 1-10mg Nolva pill a day during my whole cycle....

1mg/day of nolvadex is 100% worthless, worthless and more worthlessness. 10mg a day would be minimum for prevention, since you're not running an AI (your reasoning why - $$$ - makes little sense to me, but it's your body).

Diminish gains? I suppose you're referring to it's "ability" to lower IGF-1 levels. Well, Tex, those studies were not done on AAS users. Now, do you think your increased hypertophy from the AAS would negate, and even cover up entirely, the potentially SMALL - if at all - lowering of IGF-1? Wouldn't you say that the reduction of the risk of gyno is worth a "possible" lowering of IGF-1?

What if I/we am/are veterans who do nerd out on the internet? What are we, useless to you? Why did you join? It's clear you are not ready to handle some constructive criticism.

Way late in responding! You all already convinced me and I started my anastrozle eod this week and feel much better.

My latest research project is trying to figure out how to use my hcg on cycle. I was planning on doing 5000iu over the course of the last 4 weeks of my cycle but it seems thwhat most do now a days is simply take 250iu with each injection the duration of cycle. Do you have any hot sports opinions on that?
 
well, doesn't appear anyone is really paying attention to my thread much anymore but I'll give an update. I feel much better this week than last week. By Friday and Saturday last week I felt lethargic and bloated and like a complete mess other than the fact I still got 5 workouts in which were pretty strenuous workouts and I recovered real well from all of them. Normally I only do a 3 or 4 day week split and feel pretty wore out by the end of the week (like I got ran over by a train). So it is weird to describe, but I didn't feel all sore and achy from my workouts. I simply just felt fat, bloated, and lethargic and hot. Part of it was I put on 6lbs and was eating a shitload of food and force feeding myself all week.

I felt much better this week (week 2). I started my Anastrozle eod this week at about 0.3mg. I actually took 3 days in a row because I had some little pieces (about 0.3mg. I think I took AI Sunday night, then Tues, wed, thurs. none Friday, will take one tomorrow. Next week I'll just stick with the standard 0.5mg eod.

Also, next week I am thinking about breaking my 2cc's into three shots instead of two, that is, if I can figure out how to measure 2/3cc on my syringe. I can definitely feel the ups and downs of the Test in my blood stream with only the Sunday/Thursday pins. I'm hoping 3 shots will keep my blood levels even and may reduce the PIP I get about 24 hours after the injection.

I think someone else mentioned that. I'm not worried about it now becausr i'm on arimadex but I have a stash of aromasin for next time. I would like to know why you say this because most websites ai thought said eod is ok (like legit looking websites not forums)
 
Week 3 update. So had a total newbie moment when i pinned my quad this morning. So i penetrated and then felt needle hit muscle and got slight quad twitch (no pain no burn or anything). But i chickened out and didn't keep penetrating and I also forgot to stretch skin. So I pushed my cc in slowly but I was holding near end of syringe with other hand. So when i go to take out pin is when I see I really only went in about 1/2" or 3/4" (it's 1" 23g). So that was when newbie paranoia set in and I was like omg I just wasted that whole cc because I didn't go deep enough. So who knows. It was at least in a good 1/2" and I know I hit muscle at first due to the twitch but not sure if I let it back out some when I aspirated. There is no pain or absess so who knows. I understand these injections are dummy proof anyways? And the muscle is better because that's where blood flow is but if you screw it up the Test still absorbs slower?

If it is any indication I got in muscle I feel my pip coming on like clockwork about the 12 hour post injection mark. Not sure if that happens if I just injected under skin and fat. I'll know more in morning if I wake up with sore quad like usual.
 
What do you all think of me making an audible on week 4 of my cycle and going to 750mg week of Test E and extending cycle to 12 weeks?

So I went super conservative with the beginner 500mg test E for 10 week cycle (as this is my first time). My buddy told me I needed a higher dose. His exact words were something to the effect of "your not in college any more. you are an old man. this is the correct dose for you". (I'm 36 years old). He was trying to start me on 600mg Test E and 600 mg EQ stack per week. I'm still feeling pretty good about my decision not to start with that particular stack he recommended, but I am feeling like possibly I went a little too conservative on the Test E.

This is week 3. I felt it starting to kick in this week for sure. I'm able to workout more frequency per week, I don't feel as sore after, weights were feeling lighter this week, I'm horny has hell, etc.

That being said, I'm not super impressed for all the trouble I went through to get this shit illegally, the potential side effects risk, sides I have had (some lethargic moments), the PIP, etc. etc. I honestly feel like if buying the big jug of Gaspari Creatine at Vitamin shoppe is like a 3 on an anabolic scale of 1 to 10, that i'm only at maybe a 4 or 5 with this Test E cycle. I'm starting to think that was a whole shitload of trouble for not much return. I was kind of going for maybe the 6-7 effect on a 1-10 scale.

Any hot sports opinions on this?

Calm down. You're trying to switch something up every other day it seems like. Just run the cycle, you haven't even got into the thick of things yet. @3 weeks the test E has NOT really kicked in. You won't even reach peak levels until sometime after 4 weeks and then you still have to let your body have time to actually build something. Regardless of what the world has convnced you, NO STEROID will turn you into the hulk over night. You gotta put in the work and the steroids will help but they aren't some mind altering body changing awesome experience. Taper your expectations and get in the gym and eat good. You'll be pleasantly surprised when u see your before and after pics if your test is any good. Go get bloodwork done in two weeks to confirm this, and until then, leave everything alone and have some patience!
