You are more than welcome. You don't need to dig at all. Listen and think critically. When he starts talking about shocking and confusing the body your alarm should be going off. Feeder workouts, his steroid theories, all of it should be raising the flag when compared to logic.

Jokers like that are everywhere on the Net that's for sure. This recent phenomenon called Jason Genova is another one who uses social media and Youtube just to make a so-called reality show...and he exploits emotions of his viewers and readers.
