Cjc-1295 with DAC

So I tried my first shot of cjc-1295 with DAC yesterday. 1mg sub-q in bac water.

Less than 5 minutes later my throat felt very tight, and my head felt like it was swelling up and was about to explode. I looked in the mirror and my face was bright red like I had a really bad sunburn and noticeably swollen especially in the temples. My hearing diminished by about 50%, everything sounded more quiet. My pinky and ring finger on both hands went numbish and got prominent feeling of pins and needles going from the fingers along my forearm to the elbows. My heart also felt really "heavy". This all lasted upwards of 30 minutes.

Today at the site of injection there is a 2 inch diameter red spot, it's still sore to the touch and slightly swollen.

I've read of these symptoms from mod GRF, but not from true cjc-1295 with DAC.

Just the day before the shot I finished the last of 2mg ghrp6 and mod GRF. Never while using those two together (100mcg/each/3xed) did I get any symptoms other than slight flushing in the face.

Should legit cjc-1295 with DAC cause such a rapid reaction?? I wasn't expecting it to.

Hi, regardless of the quality of your cjc, 1mg is maybe to much for the first week no??
The only time I took it I started with 250 every 5 days and then 500mcg until I stop it for a week because I wanted to sleep all the time. I know its the standard dose 1mg a week but start with less, I couldnt even handle 500 every 5 days mate

It is mod GRF 1-29 with a drug affinity complex attached (DAC)

It is NOT an androgen. It is a growth hormone releasing agent. In no way shape or form is that the definition of a SARM I think your confused.

Next pin is today so Ya I'm ready lol. But I think I will scale back to 500mcg for today's pin and see how that goes. The original plan was 2mg/wk taking 1mg every 4 days.

maybe try splitting up your dose... one morning, one before workout, one before bed... you may react better

I think your confusing Cjc-1295 with simple mod GRF 1-29 which is dosed daily. Cjc-1295 is mod GRF but including the drug affinity complex which acts like a time release mechanism. Many peptide sellers stupidly call mod GRF "cjc-1295 without DAC" but it's not, it's mod GRF 1-29. The word CJC-1295 is an internal reference number for the company that made it, ConjuChem (CJC) with 1295 denoting it's research ID number. ConjuChem only made CJC-1295 with the bioconjugation drug affinity complex, therefore calling mod GRF 1-29 "cjc-1295" in the absence of the DAC is stupid and only causes confusion among ppl. If it doesn't have the DAC it's not CJC-1295 it's just mod GRF 1-29.

Mod GRF 1-29 is dosed daily, and I already finished trying it out. The CJC-1295 is dosed once or twice per week at a much higher dosage because it is time released thanks to the drug affinity complex. Mod GRF 1-29 lasts maybe 10 minutes whereas the CJC-1295 lasts about 7 days.

I was actually intending to use 2mg/week. In the clinical studies for CJC-1295 they were dosing patients with 60mcg/kg/wk dosings and even higher! In a 100kg individual that's a dosage of 6mg a week... You were using under 1mg week which seems really really low based on conjuchems own studies.

I will need to check my notes but from what I remember the protocol was similar to IGF-LR3... but if I have them mixed up then I apologize... still seems super high to me which would explain your reaction.

Itcan be injected just once per week according to the clinical data. However injecting twice a week would yield more stable blood levels much lik with a testosterone ester for example.

Mod GRF 1-29 on the otherhand can be injected up to six times per day.

To note I'm also currently using Long r3 igf-1. In fact my entire regimen right now is as follows:

100mcg 1xED lr3 igf-1
200mcg 3xED GHRP-6
25mg 1xED MK-677

35mg/EOD Clomiphene

Ya I really wish peptide sellers would just sell it as mod GRF 1-29 instead of calling it CJC-1295 without DAC. The only thing that should be called CJC-1295 is mod GRF 1-29 with DAC.

No not running a cycle bro. This is just experimentation for now. It's my first foray into these peptides so just getting an idea of what to expect from them without tainting the results with AAS. If I like where they take me I'll definitely stack them into a future cycle but for now I'm just guinea pigging myself.

Speaking of such, it's time to do my next CJC-1295 shot *gulp* I've honestly never been so afraid to inject. I hope this goes better than the last one which scared me. Pinning 500mcg this time, if it goes well I'll pin another 500mcg tomorrow. If you never hear from me again... I dieded.

Well fuck, it's happening again. My face looks like a tomato, throat is tight like I'm being strangled, heart seems to be racing, face is really warm. No finger tingles yet though but it's only 4 minutes since the jab...

Alright fingers on the left hand are now tingling only pinky and ring finger, whole forearm on one side of it is tingling. Everything sounds quieter suddenly too. As I finish typing this fingers on the right hand are starting to tingle now too, left side always happens first though did the last time too.

i used cjc dac last year. got 2 blood test and both showed no difference in igf-1 levels. then i used some gh and my levels doubled.

maybe you're not used to it, I do 300mcg/day of cjc 1295 Without DAC but once a month I do a boom dosing of 5mg cjc1295 Without DAC on one injection and have a good night sleep.
Things coud be different fot the CJC with DAC but I've never tried that one.

OP, did I read you correctly? You are pinning 500 micrograms at one shot? If so, I would drop it much lower.
