Leancuisine joins the darkside.....

Haven't been doing anything special. Cardio and blood tests. Prolly gonna be fucked up since I was a little sick but it's all good.

Tried legs today. Didn't workout. Did deads, worked up to 455 and got 3 x5, but my hip strated giving me issues so I went to chest and some cardio.

Just been fucking around lately.
Been spending a lot of time outside with my dogs.
Everything has been going good but this guy had brought his mastiff into the dog park, and my boy Ax went to go say hi and the dog (tried) to jump on him and bite him.
Long story short Axel fucked that dog up pretty bad, and I got a good chunk of my finger and the nail ripped off in the process of peeling the two apart.
Fun stuff.

Made waffles. Damn right that's mickey mouse. Mickey Mouse waffle maker was $7 at kroger.

Chest today. Felt great.
Triple dropsets.
Incline BB Bench. 225x10, 185x10, 135x10. 225x8, 185x8, 135x10. 225x6, 185x10, 135x10.
DB Press flat. 110x6, 90x10, 45x15. 110x5, 80x10, 45x20. 110x4, 80x10, 45xalot.
Bunch of cables and gironda press and cross.body hammer press. Dips. Everythibg really. Bit of cardio at the end

When I was doing my high cable flies, I was on my 5th or 6th set going to exhaustion and I was pretty much spent, physically, but this old timer who was standing in front of me the whole time told me to do more... so I did. Honestly was pretty fucking awesome. He told me I had a good build and looked great. Felt good coming from a respectable man and not one of these swag weirdos from the gym.

better start carrying a break stick man if you wanna run them APBTs, I dont use wood anymore it can splinter in the dogs mouth. I like the plastic tent stakes, run some 550 through the end an make a loop to fasten it to your hand. When you run up on em your first move should be grab your dog by the nape of the neck (because we know it's got the top hold and whoopin dat ass), push the dog down on the ground to immobilize it and prevent it from shaking and creating too much trauma, shove that tent pole in there to pry the lock off.

guy act cool or he going to try to make a report?

My dog has done the same thing he went over to say hi when he was 8months old (German Shepard was 85lbat the time now 120lb) and the 3 dogs that he wanted to play with viciously attacked him while he coward against a tree, until one came after me then he became super dog and mauled the shit out of that one and a second one until the owner was holding the third then I got on my mountain bike and road away like the wind with my dog chasing. Had to do some serious first aid on my dog once I got to the truck but man he went straight beast!

I like the triple dropset with descending reps I think Ima incorporate that into my next bodybuilding month, thanks man

The guy was fine. If my dogs start fighting all I gotta do is yell "hey" and they split up and part ways. Only reason he doesn't stop with other dogs is because he doesn't know if that dog will stop. Once I get there Axel stops, so I'm not worried about him, it's the other dogs.
That's why I kept the mastiff between my legs. Even after the owner had it leashed up he was pretty offensive until they were out of the park.
All the meanwhile this is going on, my girl dog posted up between my wife and the mastiff... she sure has come a long way obedience wise, and she loves my wife to death.

I will have to look into something like that though, I've actually got tent stakes and bountiful amounts of paracord. Thanks TEK

Yeah its insane how loyal dogs are, and the fact that your pup even noticed that while being mauled by other dogs. Good ass dog.

The triple dropsets are awesome, especially for pull ups or dips. I usually chain 2 - 25lb plates around me. Do 1 set with 50, 1 set with 25, then when it comes to the bodyweight set I feel like I'm weightless, but damn it fatigues you quick.

I've also started doing behind the back pullups. I can only do about 8 at a time, but damn I really feel them in my traps and upper back. I pull all the way up until my traps touch the bar
