I was 221 this morning :( I got the upper portion of my serratus and obliques visible, but not the bottom anymore.
Give me 2 weeks and I should be down pretty lean though. Been doing lots of rope slams and KB Swings, things are fuckin winders.

I know yu hate cardio...m we all do, but you should give tabata a shot and let me know!!
Try it for 4 minutes, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest. 8 rounds would be 4 minutes.
Try something easy like jump rope and mason twists. Let me know what you think!

Mmmmyeeaaaahokay I definitely ain't dropping lower than 195 I bet.
I'm good with maintaining strength, but losing idk... never really lost strength while cutting, and I've never cut on AAS before.
You don't feel the tren helping with strength?? I guess it doesn't much matter for your goals though.
I got a pride issue with that. I already feel too damn big for how strong I'm not.

Number isn't a big deal for me either for weight, but in the past few years the lightest I have ever been was 197, and I was pretty diced up then. Maybe 190 if I get rid of all my Hamstring and lower back flab...

The tren does help with strength as my strength went up! But, as I cut down.. I notice it going down again. Although, I'm judging this off a low carb second leg day.. After my first 3 set of squats three weeks ago I hit 225x17 .. Yesterday I hit 225x8.... Was so drained.
Don't let the scale bother you, or the fact your shirts aren't as tight. Love the fact you look bigger with the illusion given.

That means it's time to stop cutting! It's simple science less strength = don't cut any further so you can get more strength. Even Bill Nye would back me up on that :D

Started winstrol @40mg Ed Friday. Been on it 3 days now. Piss is darker, need to stay more hydrated, upping water to 1.5 gallons a day now...... Still haven't received my accutane.. Thinking I'll have to re order or there was a mess up. Nbd, all is well on it.

Chest/TRI/BI today.

Workout will consist of only 4 pressing movements. I'll go ahead and post it below, feel free to join me.

Warmup rotator cuff/shoulders/push-ups ect

Tri Superset:
tricep rope pushdown/pec flyes/db hammer curl
3x15-20 on all. Back to back to back. Rest 2minutes. Use a light weight of course.

Incline bb bench press (bar to clavicle) (pause)
Goal: 12,10,8,6,8,10,12


SS1: Standing BB land mine press
Goal: 15,10,10,8,8 (2s neg, 2s pause top/bottom)
SS1: tricep close grip ez bench
Goal: 15,12,10,6,6 (slow and explode)

SS2: leaning parallel Cable fly (set flyes to mid point on pulley. Grab, lean all the way over where back is parallel to ground. Angle cables from side chest to upper chest (2 second pause at top of the movement is key)
Goal: 10,10,10,10,10,10 (should fail on last 3)
SS2: tricep ez bar wide grip pushdown
Goal: 15,12,12,8,8,8 (should fail last 3)
SS2: bicep ez bar close grip preacher curl
Goal: 15,12,10,10,8,8 (slow neg/contract hard)

SS3: assisted dip chest press (find the assisted dip machine, put it on 6-12..grab the pad, make your back slightly above parallel, find the angle to really hit that inner chest)
Goal: 10,10,10,8,8 (should fail last 2. hard contraction at end of movement )
SS3: tricep db extension (slow n controlled )
Goal: 15,12,12,10,10 ( should fail last 2)
SS3: bicep db hammer curl (slow n controlled)
Goal: 20,15,12,10,8 (should fail last 2)


End with a tri set of

cable chest press 3x20
Tricep rope pushdown 3x20
Bicep rope curl 3x20

The nsaid/aspirin is there to help prevent a rare bUT possible side effect of ephedrine thickening your blood. Outside of that I don't think there's any benefit outside of minor blood pressure.
I'm not a caffeine fan either, but 150-300 spread throughout the day is pretty modest, most run upwards of 600.

If possible I would do bronkaid at 2-3 caps a day with some white willow or dandelion root, along with increasing water intake to 2 gallons for 3 days to really help get that extracellular water out.

No experience with it my man. How far out are you now? Were you going to run it at a maintenance or play around with dosage so you know how to dose preshow? If it were me, I'd play with it a bit, get an idea of dosage and then drop it and use it before the show. I don't see any benefit unless you're coming up on the show real soon but I know that's so a ways down the road yet.

I eat fairly high carb and never get ultra lean as my primary focus is strength and endurance. Ive experimented with some clen before but not too extensively, just a few runs.

Thanks brother. How was the Clen for you? I can get remotely quick and easy...just figured if I don't need it, I don't need it. I'm not the one to add compounds just to "aid" in something I could do. Ya know?

It's clear you can lose weight completely fine on your own without adding in other aids, but when you get down to that 5% mark, who knows... that shit could get you to 4%!
