It doesn't mean squat bc MP are only useful as an adjunctive means of evaluating a PURE substance.

That's bc even a minimal amount of impurities can significantly alter MPs.

To that end, MP can be "adjusted" by adding a little of this or that by UGL as a means of convincing consumers their products are GTG.

For this reason folk should never use MP data is a reflection of quality.
