Summer blast..

Hate to ask the obvious questions but you never know. Maybe the NPP will get toward that extra 15 pounds? I like peptides but I like simple cycles too. I use them to induce hunger and eat bland foods. I am going to follow this. Good luck bro! Hope that back feels better too. More stupid obvious questions: you seem to work in a labor intensive job. Do you wear a belt? Do you wear one when you dead and squat?

I do love simple cycles tho...... best results ever was from test dbol cycle last may.... started at 165 skinny motherfucker.... put on a solid 25 lbs..... been up and down since then.... 195-215ish never broke that 215 .... and yes labor intensive.... I run a hog farm... dirty jobs x 10.... I do use a belt when dead lifting but I've gotten away from dead lift lately for obvious reasons......

Not to be a dick but your intro is all over the place man and its gives me a headache reading it. Whats your plan here? Lay out your week here. This is your first log and you need to treat it like a journal. ( aka diary ). Laying your routine out will allow us to help you and it will also keep your ass accountable. Also the tren is about to have your head all kinds of fucked up, trust me. Put those thoughts in here and I promise I will tell you my panty sniffing story so you don't feel so weird. lol Come on dude get it together. This is gonna be your best run yet. Ok so I've been playing around withy workout some and trying new things.... right now I'm on a 4 day rotation and taking 1 day off a week depending on how I feel....
Day 1 chest and tricepts.... rotate between flat incline and dumbells....
Day 2 back and bicepts... 15 minutes of core...
Day 3 shoulders tricepts...
Day 4 legs ... usually throw in bicepts as well on leg day.....
Then start over ....my thought with 4 day workout is to get all major muscle groups 2 times a week ....
The bicepts tricepts eod thing is something I'm not real sure about..... but I feel like it's helping with endurance.....
I spend 1.5 hours in the gym... try to get core Atleast eod but it's been tough lately as I've been under the weather.....
My goals are obviously more about strength and size than endurance....
 
I'm definitely open to some suggestions on this work out..... it's pretty basic in the sense that I'm basically working reverse pyrimid on all major muscle groups.... 12 10 8 6 and then usually some burnouts at 70% ish... I'm curious to know what peeps think about bicepts tricepts eod..... is this to much? Everyone has a different idea about successful mass building workouts ... the info is endless ...
 
Leg day today... felt great ... lower back didn't seem to bother me much other than being tight.... squats felt good but only pushed about 80% to be safe..... I gotta invest in a back belt.... age is finally catching up with me...
Leg press felt good.... went up to 800 and felt ok....
Tren is burning me up.... I'm fucking sweating all day and all I think about is pussy.... not normal pussy tho.... fat chicks and dirty bitches.... randoms.... the jealousy hasn't kicked in yet but last run I felt like a fucking stalker ... all clingy with my girl....
No lbs today.... big fucking suprise..... fucking 215....
 
One more thing @OdieM .... any advantages in your opinion to pinning tren ed vs eod? 50 MG ed vs 100 eod? It all averages out the same in a 14 day period... 700 mg but the reason I ask is because the insomnia is fucking killing me.... seems to be the worst on the day I pin .... and worse if I pin in the am vs pm? ..... I guess I'm curious how long exactly does it take for tren a to take effect after pin??? I can deal with it I just wondered if anyone has any advice on minimizing this side.... and please don't say Valium or xanax.... I'm on parole...

* Shoulders & Tris
* Legs & possible a bit of bis

Looks ok. I think you said you've been lifting for years right? Your doing a pretty basic workout there. Nothing wrong with it though. You will grow if you put in the work. Its obvious your wanting to work on arms since you hit them twice a week. Heres what Im doing. Im doing an FST-7 versions though.

* Bis & tris & calves
* Legs
* Off ( cardio and abs )
* Chest & Tris
* Back & calves
* Shoulders & bis
* Off ( cardio and abs or may actually take the day off)

Im sick as fuck right now and haven't made in the gym in a few days though :(

Haha thats the good stuff man. I feel like Im actually sniffing the ladies when they walk by all sweaty. The tren brings out the animal. Use that shit and get mad at the iron.

Ive ran my fair share of tren cycles. Pin EOD man. The only difference I feel from pinning ED vs EOD is the pip in my ass. Fuck all that pinning. You don't need to pin ED. Also when I pin my left delt I feel the tren instantly. It sucks ass and I always think its the one thats gonna kill me. Fuck a bunch of xanax or valium. Cant really help you on the sides. Im a lucky one and dont get them. Some times I get real hot at night but its from eating carbs. Cut the carbs before bed and it will help with night sweats.

Yeah for now its chest once a week for me. Gotta switch it up. You've got a great fucking head start man. Your before pic looks great. Thats why Im so interested in your log. You could fucking kill it if you want it bad enough. Also get you a damn weight belt. Were to old for that shit man.
