HBR?

Ok... dumb question.. Sorry. What does HBR stand for when you are looking at products and its explaining the effects.

Example:
Acne YES Hair Loss YES HBR Perhaps???

I've wondered the same and made the assumption it stands for either high(er) blood pressure or heart beat raise, increase, etc

I had similar thoughts but had to ask rather than assume or invent a meaning haha
