I assume you are using Test-P? As long as your E2 doesn't shoot too far through the roof it shouldn't hurt, but it might not fix it either.

If it was going to have an immediate effect you would be looking at TNE or a short estered Test-P.

The Test-E shot Friday will barely have even started (it will start, but the amount will be negligible) to increase your serum test count by Monday.
