thinning your blood to prevent blood clotting

does exercise help to thin your blood or do u have to take a blood thinning medicine?

Why is your blood so thick? Do you donate blood? Keep your hemocrit in check if blood thickness is an issue. If you are just wondering a way to better transport oxygen and nutrients through your circulatory system there's a Latin word "cardio" the direct translation I believe is "act in order to lose all gains" that seems to help with people's blood flow.

But in all seriousness just do more cardiovascular exercise and you will have a naturally lower BP you don't need meds unless you have a diagnosable problem

Donate blood - or get a script for therapeutic phlebotomies (= drawing and dumping blood) - anything else is just f-ing around. Assuming you have high RBC. Confer with your doc - she ought to know what's best for you, or find another doc who does.

Don't believe I stated that it thins blood I said it'll lower your BP that's doesn't mean it's thinning the blood at all. Your doctor doesn't sound very smart.... Why didn't she send you for a phlebotomy or offer you solutions? Unless you are already in the butter range for trt protocol and you asking for me is actually for a cycle and she's try to let you down easy and at the same time try to make you reconsider adding more test in

fitness freak, spend some time reading up on bloodwork results. When you have a better understanding of what RBC, hemoglobin, hematocrit, platelets mean come back with your own blood work results to discuss.
