Today was chest and tricepts.... decent workout but I need a break.... Takino the next two days off ... bloods next friday... 222 today... but I noticed my mid section is starting to look a little sloppy.... can't have that shit...
Mostly just my sides ... not bad but I can tell they are getting a little sloppy...
