Amazing training session... Turnttt up the whole time. One word to describe today... "Intense"
It's basic strength training 101. I'm gonna squat, dead and bench 2-3 days a week. I got a nice 5k clocked on my turf and I don't even have to get close to HWY 99
@wedorecover supplementing ll run that twice a week. My gym has a big pool. That gives me a great opportunity to make gains in the water. The row machine and stationary bike is what I used today. 6 minutes on each. At a high pace. I'm real basic. I don't have the means to get a fit bit at this particular juncture. So I go until I'm outside my comfort zone. That's when I turn up. My supplementing is pretty basic too. 600mg test e and 100mg tren ace Ed.
