Frank The Tanks First Triathlon.

@OdieM @Skull @Mr.B66 Ya man, I'm really hyped on this mid summer event. I'm still weigh training regularly. I'm just adding some cardio to post weight training. I will add a 5k run three days a week. On top of that I will swim in my local swimming holes and ride a stationary bike. I will
also afford myself an opportunity to rent a bike to actually ride 12. Miles once or twice before the event. I'm very very fortunate to have not only a bro on meso but a real friend in the real world named @wedorecover This guy has helped me out tremendous amounts in regards to training, diet as well as supplementing. @FrankDaSkank45 love your life homeboy you just keep your ass of the old 99 and train like a mother fucker it's all bad over there last thing we need is for you to become a tom as you would say lol love this log 2016 started off shity this log is proof enough of a turn around

Amazing training session... Turnttt up the whole time. One word to describe today... "Intense"
It's basic strength training 101. I'm gonna squat, dead and bench 2-3 days a week. I got a nice 5k clocked on my turf and I don't even have to get close to HWY 99 @wedorecover supplementing ll run that twice a week. My gym has a big pool. That gives me a great opportunity to make gains in the water. The row machine and stationary bike is what I used today. 6 minutes on each. At a high pace. I'm real basic. I don't have the means to get a fit bit at this particular juncture. So I go until I'm outside my comfort zone. That's when I turn up. My supplementing is pretty basic too. 600mg test e and 100mg tren ace Ed.
I'd really like to hear any suggestions or feedback @RodgerThat

Did my ironman without a fit bit or heart rate moniter cause mine was stolen and honestly didn't make a snowflakes difference in hell. If you are working on your biking I would spend the first 15mins on the bike steady state to build up lactic acid then punch a couple minute long sprints with 30 seconds f light spinning between sprint, this will adapt your legs to pushing further then what's normal and if you don't give stressors like that your body doesn't really need to adapt as our body's our naturally great at cardio (contrary to popular belief humans are on of the best cardiovascular animals in the world due to bipedal running being much more efficient then any 4 legged animal.) also if possible make sure never to run on concrete, turf gravel or packed trails are best, go for some barefoot beach runs if you live near a beach as those will help build up your ankle strength and are great for tearing the fascia on your shin preventing shin splints from building up. That's all i think

Thank you very much. I agree that the bike will make my quads burn with lactic acid. I'm gonna destroy that bike and my quads tomorrow. I'll keep ya posted:)

No sleep in about 2 days. Still Turnttt up. My lady friend I live with smokes cigs in the house too. Weed and cigs alllllll fuckn day...... killing me...
I'm gonna get some melatonin

Today was great. I did some basic weight training with a 15 minute ride on the stationary bike. I put it on level 7 and smashed the whole 15 minutes. My goal is to get my quads used to lactic acid build up. Tren has really helped me out tremendously... in 15 minutes I made it 6 miles witch is half the distance of my challenge. 12 miles.

I'm headed back to swim in a few hours.
