That Which Does Not Kill You... STRONGER

Thats gonna be awesome!!!!!

I know!! I geeked out for a few seconds when I saw it. I thought it looked great then I saw it was another Chris Bell movie.

For those unfamiliar with Chris Bell, he directed bigger stronger faster. He also directed a few other very good documentary's, prescription though and trophy kids.

I doubt there will be a lot of steroid discussion in it, I know Brian Shaw doesn't like to talk openly about it. Price of a sponsorship I suppose.

Ehh. It should be cool. But then you see the name Chris Bell. . .

Bigger stronger faster was a joke. The whole thing sounded like a whiny egotistical explanation for juicing, while still looking like shit. Couldn't even finish it. Crock of shit, to the max.

It would be great to see a documentary from someone who wasn't a self loathing, WWF obsessed, fatass, retard family carrying piece of human shit. I guess I'll keep waiting. . .

Wait Chris Bell or the movie looked like shit? Chris never was on gear. His brother is and he looks better than the majority here. The movie could've been better, but it was a very good effort in getting his point across.

I'm really surprised you didn't like it. I get your point though. The point to me was more along the lines of the world we live in where you need something you take a pill. Sleepy? Trouble sleeping? Not concentrating? Tight back? Hot? Cold? Hungry? Sad? Just take a pill. It's the American way. I forgot, don't look the way you want? Not satisfied with your performance in the gym lately? Take steroids. But, it takes the documentary a step further with steroids and picks up on other prescription drugs in his other doc.

It examined the "dangers of steroids."

Actually, didn't find a ton of dangers to steroids. Interviewed his brother, Mark Bell, to see why someone like his brother would go that route. Not much different than a lot of us, we wanted to perform on a higher level. He also questions why he, Chris Bell, didn't feel okay with using gear when both of his brothers did and they all grew up in the same home. As far as self loathing lol, check out prescription thugs, his other doc, and it might give you some more insight into that.

Maybe it didn't deserve an Oscar, but any documentary that doesn't demonize these drugs and gives an honest outlook on them has my respect.
