Wanna know what ur cardio routines look like. I never do any. But I'd like to start, would like to see some more vascularity and maybe even drop a pound of fat. Lol novel idea. I've been happy with my 4 pack abs but I'd like some more definition. I know diet is key of course but as a mainly strength and mass guy this will be new to me. How long? What type? Frequency? Etc. Thx guys

Ride a bike to work 4 times a week, ive been forced to do this the last few few months and also riding to and from the bus stop( about a mile round trip) to go to the gym. Ive cut out all other cardio and while i am still fat, i am a good bit less fat than i was haha.

I use a shake weight lol naw I'm playing don't do much cardio my self

I just do low-medium intensity steady state for 30 minutes on a stationary bike 3 times per week. Just for general health.

10mins light steady state warm up before every session
HIIT for 15mins 3/7 days a week after training days (I usually only last about 9-12 mins on the HIIT but I always say I'll do 15)
Lacrosse 2x a week usually total of 30-35mins playing time
Then either a swim or a bike ride during the week and a hike on the weekend.

Honestly as I type that it seems like a fuck ton but in reality it's like 3hours a week plus however long my hike is. I plan to do 30min circuit every lifting day kinda like a crossfit routine, everything will be timed but I won't be going for max reps in a period of time just keeping the pace high

I get on stairmaster for 20 min at level 7 2 days a week..really a killer!

Sometimes I also ride bike for 10 min at light level just to get pumped for my regular workout.

Can I ask why you do cardio during a bulk?
I've actually read that cardio is beneficial to bulking and some coaches to IFBB pros recommend more cardio in the off season than during prep. With that being said I never do cardio. I should though.

I like to switch it up but usually it'll start with cowgirl. After the girl has had her fill or gets too winded I'll switch it up to some good ole fashioned missionary. Time permitting and if we don't have the baby for the night we might get on some exotic Kamasutra type shit. Doggy is my go to for finishing though. Sometimes I'll throw it in the middle just to keep things fresh but I like to finish off a long cardio session looking at my girls ass from the back.

How long?

As long as My girl and I can last. If we have the baby we might sneak off for a quickie if he's asleep but when the baby is at the father's house it's a Cialis night all night.

What type?

Asked and answered. Missionary, cowgirl, doggy, reverse cowgirl, the butter churner, the pretzel, the David copperfield, the spork, the snow angel, and been meaning to try the upright wheelbarrow sometime soon.

Frequency? Etc. Thx guys

As often as I can get it in. Cardio is important for heart health :)

Interesting. Anything I've ever read on the subject has pretty much indicated the opposite, that's why I was curious.

If you recall where you read that article post it up man, I'd be interested to read it.

I really should do some more cardio... she's still sleeping right but though. :(

i do about an hour and 15 minutes per week on the stairs. triyng to grow the calves :( any extra cardio i do for the week is steady state incline walking. im in a transition cruise phase for another 10 weeks before i blast.

I walk 10 minutes at high incline prior to workout, 4 days a week.
2 days a week, I run. I usually run 1 mile and shoot for a 6:30 pace, and then do interval 200m walk, 400m sprint for a total of another mile. I HAVE to do SOME cardio for my job.

Well played sir.

I am a fan of the concept 2 rower since I stopped running. I hit that up tabata style once or twice every time I'm in the gym. Try to get it in anyway lol.
