if im pinning gh & slin together twice a day does it matter what times?

so basically im going to be using hgh & slin together, first shot will be 2.5 iu's GH with 6 IU's humalog followed with shake meal etc. i train in the afternoon i know ideally it would be best to have the second lot of gh & slin right after workout but would it make any difference if i trained had a meal then a couple hours later when im home do my slin & gh with shake etc ?
 
Post workout to get best results from slin. Pretty safe if you don't increase your doses too fast.
Preworkout to get better results, but way riskier
 
Pre workout is fine imo. I was afraid of it initially but as long as you have the correct pre, intra and post workout shake ur gtg.

7am 2iu gh (pharma)
7am 5iu slin (humalog)
shake, meal etc
TRAIN around 2pm
3pm have some quick food at the gym, get on the bus or may have to go back to work
5pm 2iu gh (pharma)
5pm 5iu slin (humalog)
shake, meal etc
its just i cant risk carrying the supps with me, take a couple hourse sometimes before i get home from the gym so if i have a quick bite, head home to then do my slin,gh with shake etc will that make much difference to say just doing right after i train ?
 
Here's how I'd do it:

Wake up
Shoot GH
Shoot Humulin, not log. The reason being, I like the "trickle" effect from humulin for ~4 hours or so, also it's easier to manage than log and less bloat/hypo etc. Also, it will in a sense "load" your muscles with the nutrients hours before lifting.

If you feel so inclined to use slin 2x a day, which I think is worthless for 99.9% of users and quite frankly stupid and reckless, use log pre workout. Account for any remaining insulin in your body, though.

Personally, I think you're being ridiculous by messing with insulin, and 2x a day is even more outrageous.
 
would you explain why you think insulin only works on .1% of the population ? from what ive heard & gathered used safely & correctly it is one of the best hormones for promoting musclce and weight gain ?
 
I'm not saying it only WORKS on that percentage, I'm saying it's only really necessary for a small percentage. It's clear - no offense - you are not anywhere near ready to fuck with insulin. You go a little crazy with some gear, you'll be fine. You mess up insulin, just once, you're dead. Insulin is not what you think it is. The whole "most anabolic substance on earth" shit is tiring and old.

Insulin really only has a place for users who are using large amounts of GH and cannot put on anymore weight due to their insulin sensitivity being effected. Really, beyond that, you're taking an unnecessary risk and probably going to get fat.

What is your proposed plan, as far as nutrients is concerned, post injection of insulin? I really think you're out of your league here.

Didn't mean for that to come across as cocky either, just I don't think there should always have to be a heavy dose done before you try something new...
I'm 26, 6' down to 10% and 90kgs. Leaned right up before I go on my proposed "bulk" looking to compete soon.
So my exact protocol is
Training 2 days on 1 day off. Using slin training days only and here is what my protocol will be:
7am 4ius pharma grade GH
7am 5ius Lilly humalog slin
7am 40g dextrose, 40g whey Iso, 10g creatine, 10g bcaa"s
7:30am 100g oats, 120g blueberries, 150g lean sirloin steak.

Train and PWO:
6iu"s humalog slin
50g dextrose, 50g whey, 10g creatine, 10g bcaa"s & 10 caramel rice cakes. Followed 60 minutes later with 250g rice, 200g chicken, 100g broccoli

Also running test enanthate & deca with the GH & slin, I'm not stupid, extremely cautious and have honestly done me research. Regarding my dosages & timing does it look spot on? Thanks.
 
I still prefer the idea of using humulin, in the morning and log either pre or post depending on your preference.

You need to decide if you want to risk crashing your blood sugar at the gym.... Some people are willing to, some are not. I prefer taking log pre workout for the pump effect, but I try to limit my lifts to no more than 90 minutes when on log. That way, I can take full advantage of the nutrient transport post workout, as well.

For the humulin, the advantage lies within it's slow release. It'll give you a nice trickle effect of insulin for 2-3 hours, I like that a lot if you train late. Start your day off with an insulin trickle to saturate your muscles with the nutrients.

It is a bit dangerous to start off insulin w/ a 2 times a day program. I'd prefer you decide to either use humulin in the AM or at lunch, or consider just humalog pre workout. I don't think running log in the AM alone makes much sense... It's a short spike of insulin that really puts you at risk to crash during the day, unnecessarily.

Also, you will find the "10 grams of carbs per IU of slin" really is more applicable to log, than humulin. Humulin you can get away with 6 or so, which I like. Here is my EXACT protocol (PS, I normally only would share this with close friends):

5:45 am wake up
5:46 am take ECA Stack
5:50am do 30 minutes fasted cardio
6:25am take GHRP-6 (100mcgs), CJC No DAC (100mcgs, 10 units insulin syringe) & HGH Frag (250mcgs, 10 units on syringe)
6:30 am Inject 4iu GH then Inject 10 units of Humulin R
6:31 eat meal 1
8:30 am meal 2
10:15 am meal 4
11:30 am meal 5
1:30 pm Drink a protein shake (no carbs needed)
3:30 pm snack
4:30pm shoot 4iu GH
4:45pm shoot 10iu HumaLOG, start sipping pre workout shake w/30g carbs on way to gym
5:00pm workout & sip intra shake of BCAAs, 40g carbs & 5g creatine
6:15pm get home, make shake of 50g protein & 40g carbs (blueberries and oats)
6:15pm, shoot 100mcgs IGL-1 LR3
7:15pm shoot 100mcgs CJC No DAC, 100mcgs GHRP-2, .5 units on insulin syringe
7:20 lean meat dinner
9:00pm snack then bed (possibly CJC No DAC and GHRP-2 again?)


Meal plan-
6:30 am- 6 whole eggs, 3 pancakes w/ syrup to total 100 carbs
8:30 am 50 gram protein shake w/ 40 carbs
10:30 am- deli turkey or other lean meat (30 grams protein) and fruit (Apple, banana etc)
11:30 am- 50g protein, salad
1:30 shake 50g protein (egg whites, banana and nut butter w/ Stevia)
3:30 snack, 25g protein low carbs, some fat
Pre workout 50 carbs
Intra workout 50 carbs
6:15 shake w/ 50g protein & 40 carbs
7:30 lean meat (50 grams protein) & veggies
Pre bed shake w/50 G protein and peanut butter (1 tbsp)


391 protein
280 carbs
Igf des- 25 mcgs pre workout on bis
 
appreciate the advice! okay so say i skip humalog in the am and just stick with gh in the am & slin pre workout, would i be better off using GH pre workout too aswell its just it may be a struggle to carry the gh with me. would i pin the slin, drink my dextrose, bcaa's & creatine whilst training then have a post workout shake with dextrose,whey,bcaa's creatine etc followed with a meal ? also the idea with slin in the am was so i could smash some carbs down me. you suggesting then:
7am 4iu hgh
7:30am breakfast (150g steak & 3 whole eggs)
then carry diet as normal
3:00 TRAIN, pin 6iu's humalog beforehand (work my was up to 10?)
3:00 sip on 50g dextrose, 10g bcaa's & 10g creatine while training
4:30 POST WORKOUT 40g dextrose, 50g whey iso, 10g bcaa's, 10g creatine & 10 caramel ricecakes
5:30 250g lean mince, 100g brown pasta & 100g broccoli (example food wise)
each day im be aiming for 300g protein, 450g carbs & 80g fats. on non training will drop carbs down to 250g a day.
