My first cycle.

Hey everyone, I'm going to be doing a cycle here soon and thought I would post a log on meso. It consists of [pharmacom] test e300 [7/9/16] and super DMZ 2.0, and currently my plan is as follows:
Test e 600mg/wk 1-10
SDMZ 2 caps/day 1-4
Exemestane 6.25mg/day 3-12
Tamoxifen 40mg/day 13-14
Tamoxifen 20mg/day 14-15.
I also have gw1516 and mk677 that I was planning on taking throughout, unless you guys think I should keep it more basic.
Im not going to start just yet because I haven't gotten bloods, but if you guys have any comments or questions let me know!
 
Im in. Yes keep your cycle simple. Also did you mean week and put day? Or are you taking the DMZ for 4 days?

And is it the old DMZ 2.0 with msten and dmz or is it the new with bs ingredients? The old one was pretty good.

I think he means that's how much per day for like weeks 1 to 4. So 2 caps a day for weeks 1-4.
 
Ok, I'll skip the extras until I know how test etc effects me.
Sorry i meant 2 caps a day for weeks 1-4 lol, and its the one with msten and dmz.

Should be good. Im assuming youve used PHs before. Usually people say just do test for a first cycle, but that will be a pretty good kicker. I did the same thing myself except with prop (as a second cycle)

Not really anything like dmz before, but I've tried sarms and stuff like that in the past. This will be my first time with proper hormones.
 
I'm in. What's the diet and training plan gonna look like? I'm assuming goals are big increases in squat, bench and deadlift?

That's my main goal definitely, and my secondary goals are to get just under 275lbs and be leaner if possible.
diet is decent, usually around 3k cals a day; staple foods are steak, burgers, greek yoghurt and turkey chili, and goal macros are 40p 30f 30c.
My training i going well save for my elbow action up lately. I have one day a week for each of the 3 lifts plus one for push press; I try and progress either in reps or weight each week and my current bests are 405/265/525, although I've squatted 405 for 2 recently. I could include a workout log if anyone is interested?
 
Heres my workout from tonight:
Push press 95x8 135x6 165x4 175x3, 2, 2
Arnold press 40x8, 6, 6 35x5
Lateral raise 20x12, 10, 8
I usually do more, but unfortunately my elbow has been bothering me lately and flared up bad enough I decided I should call it a night...

I'm surprised no one has commented on your cycle length.
Running Test E (a long lasting ester) you really should run this for a bit longer. The rule of thumb is usually 12 weeks, especially for your first cycle.

You're not going to notice significant gains until probably weeks 6-7, so to me it seems almost redundant to shutdown your natural production for only 3 weeks of supra-physiological levels.
Again, this is completely your call and you might have ulterior motives for the length. I'm just stating what is usually the concensus.

I was thinking that too, tbh I got two bottles and that's how long it would last at 2ml a week.

You tend to lose a little on each pin. Some stays in the syringe. Might be good to pick up an extra bottle or like you said some prop.

I'll probably do that I guess, I hate the idea of paying shipping again for one thing though lol.
I'm curious... You're 6 ft, 280 lbs and 24 years old? How long have you been lifting?
Ive been lifting on and off since I was like 18 or so, but I've been lifting pretty seriously for the past several months.
 
Tonights workout:
SSB squats 155x6 245x5 335x3 365x2 355x3, 3.
Db shrugs 100x12, 12.
Leg press 790x8, 8, 8, 9.
Farmers walk trap bar+180x60, 60, 60 with a break halfway. The first 2 were with straps and the distance was in yards.
 
Did bench today:
Bench 135x7 185x5 225x4 250x3, 3, 4.
Incline DB bench 70'sx 8, 8, 6, 5.
Pushup 0x7
Triceps pushdown 150x12, 12, 9>130×3>110×2>90×3.
Cable crossover 50x12 40x12, 11, 9.
Decline situp 0x12 10x12, 11.
Still haven't gotten bloods yet, but I'm assuming they won't take too much longer.
 
Just got my lab work back today and my test came back super low at 258 :(
So now I'm not sure if i should continue with my cycle or if I should put it on hold and try to get it treated...
Anyone here have any thoughts on the matter?
