My first cycle.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I don't know why I thought it would be a fast process lol, guess I didn't know what to expect.
Don't get me wrong, I'm totally fine with getting all the appropriate tests done and making sure I get whatever is best for me. I'm just getting antsy to start my cycle haha :)
Mine took quite awhile because of the doctor issues but I just got bumped to 200 a week and I'm pretty happy about it. New doc is a post menopause gp so she relates somewhat better than most about hormone issues. My real problem was finding one that acted like they had time to listen to me. IMO if your doctor can't take 30+min to talk to you and pay attention you should find another.

That makes sense, glad you got it all sorted out bro.
She seemed pretty good I suppose. I probably was there for about 30 minutes while she lined out the progression of treatments, and talked a little about my diet and exercise etc.

Sissy squat 20×9 0×12, 12.

Pretty stoked about how my squats went, 405 used to be my 1RM not all that long ago. Not only that but I was able to Barbell squat without any shoulder or elbow pain when a week or two ago I had to break out the SSB after one set of 135 lol.

Sort of a lackluster performance tonight, kinda sore and out of it all day...
In other news, my TRT doc called in a prescription for clomid after seeing my test results. I haven't seen the results or talked to them yet, so I'm not sure exactly what their plan is. Depending on when they want to see me again I might take my extra bottle of dmz and some PH's I bought and decided were lame lol before the clomid.
 
Last night was pretty lame...im actually weaker than I was last week.

I don't know what was up with me, the weights felt extra heavy the whole time.
I've started the run of clomid the trt doc rx'd me, only day two so nothing of note yet. They wanna see me right after I'm done which is a nice surprise as I thought they were gonna make me wait forever.
Definitely noticing better sleep with the mk677. I often wake up earlier than I need to feeling mostly awake, and thats way abnormal for me. Not much else of note other than that.
 
Sorry for not updating in so long, I haven't had much to report on.
Tonight was the third workout I've missed; my workout partner has been sick, and to be honest I've also just been feeling kinda depressed here lately which kills my motivation.

I'm planning on getting back in the gym tomorrow and hitting bench to get back in the swing of things, I haven't stalled on that yet so hopefully it will go well.

Still running clomid and the mk, nothing new to report. I did, however, get my prolactin and LH tests back in and they showed normal; not sure what that means overall, but I'll take it as a good sign haha.

In other news, I think I'm gonna focus on weight loss a little more since my cycle got postponed. I haven't been feeling as hungry lately so I've been eating 2500-3000 cals anyway, I figure I'll take that as a sign to cut a bit.
You guys have any tips for fat loss? I've got GW501516, so I was thinking of taking that with some clen for the next month; any input would be awesome, I've never had an ounce of luck cutting lol.

Pretty good first day back, my old 1RM was 265 so pretty happy about repping 270. Still cutting calories a little bit, a little hungry here and there but not too bad.

All 3 workouts went pretty well, I can finally bench my body weight which is pretty sweet. Still taking MK677, but upped the dose to 30mg a day due to a supplier change. In addition to that I've also begun taking cardarine at 20mg a day; I dont do much cardio so it's hard to tell how much my endurance has improved, but I've noticed faster recovery between sets.

Cutting is gonna be in the diet my man. And as far as you're workout partner missing, that's why I gave up on having workout partners years ago

Thanks for the advice dude; I'm doing ok on diet, I don't think I've ever counted calories like this before so it's kinda new to me. In the past I've just kinda eyeballed everything, which obviously hasn't worked lol.
The workout partner is a pain. Normally I'd just go without, but I'm also their ride home.

Yeah counting macros sucks man but look into some of the free macro counting apps and it'll make things a lot easier.
 
Sorry I dissappeared there for a minute, had a lot going on. I've still been training and making decent progress, though it's definitely slowing lol.
I saw the trt doc Monday and they gave me 100mg of test once a week, and 500 IU of hcg twice a week for the next 6 weeks; after that she said she'd probably put me on an official take home prescription. Is that a pretty good dose? I'm not well versed on trt stuff lol.

Up till now I've been focusing on losing weight and I've lost over 10 pounds since my last post! Now I've started taking the super dmz I have with some PH I had laying around while I wait for the trt to kick in, so I'll probably start eating more.
So far all I've noticed is im in a better mood generally, not sure exactly which compound is causing that but I'm feeling good :)

Not trying to steer you clear of what you wanna do but prohormones are terrible for your liver.

Hmm, I didn't realize that; I thought it was just methylated steroids that were hard on the liver?
Honestly I'm only taking it because I bought them a while back when I was too dumb to realize they're not worth shit and figured I might as well haha.
