@Oregongearhead has a great food thread going with lots of great knowledge and tips on nutrition and recipes.
If you haven't checked it out, do so now!
Link: What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....
I'm looking for something just a bit more specific though... I want to know what spices/seasonings/sauces you use with your foods.
I usually stick to ground beef, chicken sausage, fish, eggs and whites as far as protein sources go, but I'm always looking for new ways to flavor them.
I've been trying to find good hot sauces, especially.
I know @Perrin Aybara and I had talked a while about about the good ol' Mrs Dash extra spicey. From the looks of it, she's come out with some new spices too!
Here's a couple of my go-to spices and sauces.
What are your favorites?
Any certain blends you use? (ie for fish I use lemon pepper, garlic, and jalapeño)
Let me know! I'm interested.
PS... I know it's t bell hot sauce there on the left, but it was $1 at Kroger and it's surprisingly good.
