DNP!!

Whats up peoples!! I just finished a little 10 day trial of some DNP and boy does it work. Im not going to lie i hardly watched what i ate and i still got results. Im not saying i was pigging out 24/7 but i wasnt meal prepping and keeping track of macros. I started off at 200mgs a day for 8 days and finished it off with 400mgs for the last 2 days. I changed up my routine while on DNP. I used lighter weights with more volume and added a bit more cardio. The first couple of days was easy it wasnt til the 4 or 5th day that id say it really kicked. At this point id be outside in the evening relaxing in some breezy Cali weather and id be sweating bullets. I felt thirsty all the time and made sure to tend to that always. I did get the dnp blues and felt fatigue but anytime i felt fatigued id drink an emergen-c packet and it actually helped. Its not a joke eating carbs will get you drenched! Its been 5 days since my last dose and i still feel like i burn up when i eat carbs. Overall i lost 5lbs and this was with a nonstrict diet. Its exciting to see my shoulders starting to look more round and see some fat come off my chest! Although im happy with my results i know i couldve done better on the diet and seen greater results. With that lingering in my head im sure next time around ill tighten up that diet. I plan to do another "cycle" soon just gotta make sure everything clears out first. Next time around i was thinking 200mg 5days then go up 400mgs for the next 5days. What do you guys think? To not start another thread ill be posting here when i start up again thanks for your time Peace!!
 
For me, there is no point in 10 day blasts on DNP. Ain't worth it. 2 five day sprints work well - last time, I shaved off 22 pounds doing that. Am well clicked on to Sibutramine these days - more gentle, little sides and takes my key diet problem away - binging.

I dont know much about Sibutramine. Ill look into it cuz i too have a habit of binging
 
I've done a few DNP cycles and have kept the weight off. I just up'd my volume at the gym and kept my macros in check. Low carb on DNP is easier and when the fatigue kicks in eat some fruit... Now are you starting a cutting cycle or anything this will help keep the weight off. Tren A, or even ECA stack?
