What's your Favorite protein supplement?

Cant go wrong with Gold Standard. They have so many diff flavors you will be sure to find atleast one you like. Its what I prefer over all else anyways. 10lbs for $120 is a steal. Jus try an find that kind of price at any store lol.

Honestly, chocolate muscle milk was always my favorite tasting protein shake. Some swear it tastes metallic but that was my all time favorite tasting powder. Unfortunately, I later learned it wasn't a real high quality.

So True Nutrition is my go to now... I should start getting some commission for how much I mention them. Toasted coconut is my favorite and chocolate coconut was good also. Going to give the cinnamon bun a whirl next.

I don't know if optimum is whey concentrate or isolates though... That makes a difference in price for sure. ON was the brand I used to get. Solid brand, good stuff.

Honestly ProJym is the best tasting I've found but kinda spendy for regular use, $55 for 4lbs plus shipping from bodybuilding dot com.

Pic is from us.myprotien dot com as that's been my go to lately. Huge variety of flavors and types of protein and always running deals. Commonly able to get 11lbs for $55 to $60 during sales and that's mix and match as in 2 different 5.5lb bags. I got 5.5lbs whey and 5.5lbs casein last time.

Optimum nutrition just had their 30th aniversary and released a birthday cake flavor. It was pretty good but only came in 2lb buckets not the best bang for my buck. Used to get the optimum nutrition pro complex but to expensive now.

Oh wow thats what I get for listening to the guy at Gnc, where did you get yours (yes I'm asking for a protein source) I figure he was right because they didn't want to risk 5lb buckets on a new flavor

When my son and I went to our vacation home, I ended up running out of Protein Powder. I bought this at the gym I use near our vacation house. Was like $60.00 I think? The taste is the best I've had, (Chocolate flavor) but I do get seriously bloated when I drink it. ON has been my go to recently. I will sacrifice taste to not feel so bloated.
