How much deca do you guys run?

Testosterone Enanthate 1 Gramm or more and Deca 1 Gramm or more...

That advice used to be more prevalent here, regarding 19nors. I'm not sure where and when the trend began to shift away from that advice. And it is definitely something to keep in mind when running deca or tren.

That said, I can personally attest to not needing anything to control prolactin when running these 2 compounds. My first time running tren, I had erection issues twice very early on (first week of the cycle). Ever since then, with quite a few cycles running both deca and tren, I have not had any issues at all with this, despite never having used prami or caber.

Everyone is different though...

Not sure on the flip either, but it's probably better with the current bro-science trend. That being said, I'm one of the unlucky ones who gets deca dick and in my case it has zero to do with estrogen levels. It's a completely different feeling, a numbness and feeling like your in your refractory period for me.

Right now I'm running 1200 test and 1200 deca. I've never had to take an AI until this run. I knew something wasn't right with me so I had bloods ran about 6 weeks in. Well my E was 170! I've been taking 1mg of arimidex eod for the last 2 weeks and everything feels normal again. But I am having bloods ran again on Friday just to see where my numbers are. But I'm putting on mega size with all this deca and test...I haven't ran deca in 10 years

I just don't see how it can get any better than straight deca.

I can see maybe adding NPP for the first 4 weeks until the deca started kicking in, but that's it.
