Hey all,
New user here. I'm 43 and trying to do cycles the right way this time. Last time I did it, I was at about 33% BF and my blood pressure shot through the roof. Now that I've dropped 90 pounds, I'm ready to go again. Problem is, my supplier cut me off. I've been researching online but that crap scares the piss out of me. I'm down to about 19% BF now and never realized how much muscle and strength I lost.
My last cycle I ran was Cyp 250 and I had great gains. Biggest problem was diet. That's under control now. Now I'm here to learn what I can to avoid the same crap and get new knowledge. Peace.
