Falling asleep when training?

Hey guys who else when coming to a end of a workout literally start feeling faint yawning dizzy hardly stand etc who else pushes it hard?, I have found smelling salts a bloody wonder as they keep me alert and going strong until the end of my sets.
 
Drinking enough water or eating properly? And at what time of the day do you train? As I train after 5PM when I get off work I do feel really tired myself.
 
Drink tons of water etc food Is fine too it's literally just no limit training no rep range just sets to failure on every one etc gets freaky after a hour haha
 
I've had a couple close calls during a heavy training session, a few where I felt like I was gonna puke and pass out in the puke haha:D it could've been how humid the gym was that day but I like to think it was how much I pushed myself:p

It instantly pisses me off if I see someone doing there hair in the mirror etc like wtf are you doing!!! Get fucking lifting already lol!

Then at some point your body tells you when enough is enough.
 
Way back when I owned my gym and I could do what I wanted... I got this oxygen tank ( personal pack) and with spotters I would do drop sets on the leg press slide I would use it.
I would have the mask on and the tank n valve next to me on the floor. SO when I was really getting fatigued , and totally felt like I couldn't breath to go on I would crank it on... Wow what a difference. Kept me going more and I didn't get as sick as to puke.

that everything to failure gets you jacked up fast but it isnt a joke lol
 
I train in the mornings, and im not a morning fella soni always fuckin feel like im gonn fall asleep hahahha.

But for real naw...never felt like i was gonna fall asleep. I've puked, felt very fatigued, coukdnt talk or walk but never fall asleep

Bring some starbucks and then you'll get that 2nd wind :)
 
2 scoops preworkout dude, gets me squeaked and ready to go, probably the only reason i can function haha

A grande dark roast gets me going and I am not really into heavy stims, but recently got my hands on some Mesomorph (a friend gave me some) so going cautiously with that one.

Ive learned to time it so it hots while im working out, but there has definitely been times when i was late getting to the gym and that shot will make you scratch your face off like some fuckin meth hahaja
