Carbs and cardio

Guys i was thinking to do weight training with some 30 min cardio to finish off.
I am on a low carb for 5 days and then i'll do loading on a two days.
What's your thoughts,i am interested

I wanna shred some fat.
My stats are 100 kg
36 years old
Bf 17 i wanna to come some leaner for beggining to some 14
I am doing intermittent fasting because of the fasted cardio.
Diet is gonna be as i sad 5 days low carb and loading on a weekend.
Is this is gonna be good aproach to trim fat

Best approach to trim fat is put less calories in then you put out, if you like cardio or want a performance aspect do it if you don't like cardio have one less cookie a day.
 
I hate cardio but i already have big deficit.
That's the reason i choose IF

Then if you are in a big deficit either try zig zag dieting and cardio on the higher cal days or just be more patient and the fat will eventually fall off if you do it too fast you won't be happy with the results. Enjoy the process not just the results otherwise it'll be a temporary solution to your ongoing problem instead of being a lifestyle change.
 
Low carb when cutting would really suck for energy. It's simple, consume less calories than you use and you will lose body fat. There is no need to go low carb, especially if you're trying to maintain a cut. Our bodies need carbs for energy.

Zig zag is one day in a surplus or Maintenence then the next day in a large deficit I like it cause I'll do my lifting days in a surplus and my cardio days in a deficit win win. Are you trying for a ketogenic diet or low carb diet or what's the reason for low carbs just cause Jenny Craig said it works or? What's your TDEE? how large is your current deficit? how long have you been cutting? Are you on any compounds? What's your training schedule like? Are you running a program? What's your macro breakdown? Lots of information here that would be needed to accurately help you otherwise this thread will end up just being people that rebutle the same things and you won't ever actually get a well made answer for your specifics but rather a generic answer you could just have easily googled instead of making this thread.

I'm dieting for some 2 months.
Basically i switched diets i started with carb cycling than moved to keto and now on this IF but lower carb intake.
Stats started with 100 kg now 98
Bf started 19 now i don't know
Gear i'm still on this blend of test andropen,but i'm gonna start prop from next week.
I feel leaner but i thinking maybe is gear that makes me hold water or some.
My tdee was in beginning 2700 with deficit of 500 now is even lower because the weight has droped some.
Last couple of days is somewhere 1700.
Protein now 200
Carbs on low 15-30
Fats around 50
Loading 150-250 carbs
Fat low
Protein 130

My lifts suffer a little on low carb
I can do the same weights but get fewer reps. My cardio doesn't suffer at all though. I'm talking about 50g or less of carbs.
 
Ideally. I would try to separate the two. Fasted morning cardio and then weight training in the evening.

The thing is with this IF when i get to this window it's already evening.
That's why i put them together.
Is this mistake
