Hard work and dedication in the gym brother. I wish I had some of yalls dedication in the kitchen but I can't seem to follow a diet[emoji17]

I appreciate the words bro and that stuff there drives me to lift harder every day. If it wasn't for us motivating each other we would be lost sometimes. That's what brotherhood is about.

Man diet is deff my weak point. I love food an I wont be stepping on a stage anytime ever so if I want a milk dud....by god imma eat the whole fuckin shitin box in one sittin smh lol.

Im not on a diet, im on a try it bahahaba. If the shit looks an smells good, its goin down lol. Don't get me wrong though, I still watch what I eat but im not nearly as worried or picky abou it as those of us who compete. I'm jus the average everyday gym rat dad who has a fiance an 2 lil ones at home. I loves to lift an live to feel an get that swole on.

Fuk havin to crop a pic, jus throw on a mask an snap shot away. Id like to get a bad ass skull mask an take a few shots with it on.

I bounce questions off of vets and pros all the time.

My back story

I was running sust and tren for 16 weeks almost 3 years ago and loved the gainz I achieved hell my bench assisted was 525 (have video lol) and unassisted was close to 500. I was loving the gainz and eating right and everything. My wife decided to try for a baby so I got off everything and went on pct. well 6 months later and all the depression kicked in to where I wanted to eat a bullet! I wasn't felling myself at all. I lost size got bigger in the places I didn't want the extra weight.

So that lasted a year and I got on prescribed trt from my doc. I starts feeling myself and got out of my funk but still no luck with the baby. My wife found out she had a thyroid problem and that made her depressed we worked and worked with no luck.

So my sperm count finally got correct thanks to hcg and clomid but she couldn't ovulate due to her situation. This lasted for almost 2 years on trt maybe a little less

But between AAS and my devotion to videos and helping people so they don't wind up in the situation I was in we divorced 3 weeks ago.

So I decided to challenge XSbobber to a transformation challenge and this is where we are now.

I have a beautiful step daughter who is my daughter and princess. I would give her my last breath if she could be happier. So I still get her when I'm back from work (work in oilfield) and me and my X wife are better friends than husband and wife.

So now I'm all in and trying to get big as healthy as I can. This cycle looks like this

Thanks bro. At first my trt was at 200mg a week then he lowered it to 150mg a week. He wanted me around 750.
