Hey everyone.

Ive been reading for quite some time and figured its time to join.

Im back in the gym after 7 years. I quit after a massive hernia operation which affected my eating and causing constant bloat.

Ive done 5 cycles before my hernia repair and avaraged around 95 to100kg. Was too young when i started cycling back then but i was extremely hard headed. Some cycles were a bit too quick on each other but PCT was followed after each.

Im naturally skinny and have too eat to maintain size.

During the 7 years i quit, my weight leveled out on 86kgs and been that until i came closer to 30 and my weight shot up to 95 and i was officially skinny fat.

I strarted training and dieting again and dropped my weight back to 86kg before i cycled again.

Im in week 6 of my second cycle since i started training again with about 8 months between cycles. Weight is currently at 94kg, waist 14cm smaller, Biceps 5.5cm bigger, chest 6cm bigger.
Legs are 7cms up but still on the small size. I am 190cm tall.

Current cycle:

Test E 250 1gram / 12 weeks
Kick start Test Prop 100mg eod first 4 weeks
Masteron E 400mg/pw
Winstrol 50mg a day last 4 weeks

Adex 0.5mg eod

Nolva clomid PCT.

I have HCG i will use prior to PCT.

Its a recomp cycle before the December holidays.
