why the tank drinks at least 20 whole eggs a day

Looking massively lean Tank!

On the eggs.....just a FYI. if the whites aren't pasteurized, the body will only absorb approx 20% of the nutrients. There's an enzyme that has to be neutralized by heat before the body will absorb them. That's why it's best to drink the egg whites from the cartons.

No it'll be just the egg whites, what I'd do is crack 2-3 eggs whole then do a carton of egg whites bing bang boom it's cheaper and you absorb more nutrients for your buck. I do about a carton of egg whites EOD or ED depending on how lazy I am with my macro counting, end of the night if I think I'm low on protien down the hatch some egg whites go

I've always thought about adding carton egg whites to shakes.. how does that taste anyway? noticeable difference? I gag when I don't like something so I'm careful about what I eat, I don't mind repetition, rather be able to stomach what I ingest or it gets old very fast lol diet is difficult with me

No bullshit it's delicious, it adds a different texture to the whole shake. 1/2 a cup of steel cut oats (from coffee grinder) 1 banana scoop of whey 8 ounces of egg whites 8 ounces of water

I read something somewhere a long time ago about drinking eggs rather than cooking them and how you don't get the same amount of nutrition from drinking them. I'm off to search for it again. It may be the same article that rutman referenced. If I find it again, I'll post a link.

Edit: I'm not finding it easily with a search so I may be talking out of my ass. I swear I saw a medical study about it though.

This has already been answered probley but how did you pasteurize your eggs??

It was in my other post from the other day. It's easy, just gotta heat them up a little.

I mentioned DIY pasteurized egg whites in a thread the other day. I haven't compared the cost versus buying them already done yet. It's gotta be cheaper though.

@FrankDaSkank45 I'm broke, too.
