*shaking hands*

Welcome! Glad to have ya!

I'd get on some testosterone and stay on, fuck coming off. That's me though. :)
If be interested in knowing your reasoning and take on this. You can PM me if you're willing to share. Inquiring newbie wants to know :)

Imo anyone over 35 (which I am) should be on trt. I just don't like the idea, if you're gonna stay in this lifestyle, to cycle test and pct. It seems pointless...2 steps forward 1-1/2 back, at our age. Like I said its just my opinion.

Btw you can tell a lot about a man by his hand shake. My great uncle always taught me squeeze and pull em toward you. Lol A lot of limp wrist pathetic hand shakes out there nowdays. I squeeze but I don't pull em toward me, I don't like people in my space. Lol

Staying on would be ok if you want to keep doing this and you dont plan on having kids and dont mind your balls being small. I would do a few cycles with proper pct to get a feel for things before I made that decision.

Understood-you make a point

You sure can...my Grandfather was a WWII Vet and lobster fisherman. He had a handshake that could break bones but he also had the firm grip with his left hand on my shoulder. That was the "I love you and you're going to listen" handshake.

Handshakes are a lost art, seem to be all soft and strawberry shortcake nowadays. Too bad because a handshake speaks volumes.

Here's what I do know-
I have a 17 year old step daughter and a 2 1/2 year old boy of my own. His dial runs on f-ing 10 all day. No more kids. My wife does not play with my nuts anymore.
;)

Its up to you. Just making sure you was informed and know that once you stay on there usually isn't any coming off. Your body will not recover after so long so you would have to stay on.

Man, sorry to hear about no nut play anymore lol Just joking, welcome and I commend you on approaching your PCP for help. That takes balls! Nice intro

Yeah, I'm pretty comfortable with a 8-10 week test cycle and see what my body says and does. Baby steps for me. The future is just that, we'll see where this takes me first :)

That was a long sweaty wait in the exam room the day I decided to do that! Truth is, lifting has kept me alive until my boy was born. Now I lift for the both of us...I will not let my handicap be a handicap. My PCP (I think) really saw my struggle with my progress. I can (I should) post a pic...I look good but nothing like a 10 year vet should. I plateaued in 3 years and have been maintaining ever since. I left the gym during the first year of my son to be dad-daycare and have been back for a year and a half. Right back to where I was and STOPPED. Frustrating.

Thanks for the welcome and hopefully someday I can pay forward the help to someone like me :)
