2nd Cycle - need some advice!

Hey guys! Thanks to you all here at Meso my first cycle (12 weeks 600mg test e) was a massive success. Since starting pct back in March (clomid) , I've lost probably 70% of the weight I gained on that cycle which I wouldn't classify as bulking or cutting. However I kept all the strength, and then some, smashing all of my old records, plateaus, etc.

So this time I plan to run an AI as I did get the fat face around week nine or ten, but my question for you all is about my calf pumps. I'm training for something specific, my job and my lifestyle require an extremely high level of physical fitness.

This includes long distance running hard and often, and moving long distances with a lot of weight. So last time I had horrible calf pumps and let's just say that stretching and taurine was NOT ENOUGH. So before I get started, do you think that my water retention and lack of AI were the cause of my calf pumps? It was excruciating guys and running another cycle without a concrete solution for this is a No Go.

Height 5'6
Weight 154

Bench 1rm 285
Deadlift 1rm 425
Squat 1rm 255 (I know... I know)

2 minute push-ups: 130
2 minute situps: 105
2 mile run: 13:30

I DON'T aspire to gain much weight on this cycle especially not water weight! So any tips or advice you have for me is greatly appreciated!

Sounds like your getting the pumps in the morning while doing pt (noticed your 2,2,2 scores). When I get bad pumps I've always drank pickle juice and it's helped me a lot. Also good to drink before bed to cure hangovers the next day.
 
I've been running adex 1mg EOD on my cycle test e 600mg/wk and it's made me drop a lot of water weight - seems like at least. I originally started because I was getting sore nips, I did notice the bloating and round face decreased - I had a lot of a flatter look after being on that regimen for a few weeks. Just my .02. This is my first cycle so take it for what its worth

Seems to burn through carbs like a motherfucker too

You get bloods running 1mg adex Eod? This is awful high for only 600mg test and once you crash your e2 you're gonna feel like shit.

Got them planned for next Friday - so far I've just been going on "symptoms" list. Your'e right, I know it's not the best. My bf% is relatively high (20ish%), and I got sensitive nips which got me pretty paranoid. I've got tiny gyno lumps from running prohormones way back in the day, and I really didn't want that shit flaring up. I feel pretty good, other than fatigue. I'm just tired a lot it seems like lol. Not to the point where it affects my workouts or anything, just to where if I get comfortable I can fall asleep almost anytime (except at night when I'm trying obviously)

I'll post the bloods when I get them in my cycle log on here. I have pre cyc bloods there, and I'll be getting post cycle bloods also.

I know when I come off I'll be tapering adex down for awhile, to prevent that sort of "estrogen rebound"

I get rid of nip sensitivity with 5mg nolvadex every 3.5 days with .25 ai EOD on a mild 500mg text cycle and even when I add 300mg deca

What AI do you use?

I'm considering something similar for my next cycle - gotta do a little more research on the nolva/arimidex/aromasin methods and make a little adjustment

Everyone puts a ton of emphasis on Ai and not getting gyno but crashing your E2 could be pretty devastating too. I'd go as far as to say id rather be too low on Ai and wait for sides to raise it because crashing could waste a lot of time and money because your not getting the full benefits of your hard work. Not saying you should ever think this way but, even some gyno can be reversed or go away. Personally when starting a compound I haven't taken before I don't even start my Ai until a while in if bloat or sides start. If they don't start I still add some low dose e3d. Just my 43cents Lol
