Meso Community Fall/Winter '16 Bulk

So my cycle started off at -
500mg sus ew
600mg mast e and p mix. Ew
250mg deca ew And 2iu growth ed
Ran this as a short 6 week lean bulk, then switched to a cut , so my cycle evolved into
300mg testE ew
700mg mast p ew
350mg trenA ew
50mg var ed
Growth 3iu ed.
Very happy with my results, prolly bout 10% bf while keeping most my muscle.
I have about 1 week left and then im cruising for a long time. This has been a very long cycle and im sure my body could use a break from not only the drugs but the high intensity training. Time ti let my injuries heal.
 
Part of me wants to take 3 or 4 months off now that im coming off this long ass blast. Still got a couple weeks left of this run. Just drop to true trt dose and be a normal dude for a few months. The ego is afraid too. The body and mind is ready for it.
 
Thanks brother. Yes I'm running GH as well. Going to experiment with humulin r in the am this go around but I train too late in the evening to use R preworkout so will keep using humalog preworkout for the short peak. Gonna try 10-20u humulin R and 2.5 iu GH upon waking and 10-20 humalog and 2.5 GH preworkout.
That's my protocol. I take the humulin with my GH in the Am, and humalog pre training on weaker days.

Always a tough thing to do. You need to remember, taking time off to a trt dose will allow myostatin levels to drop and you will be primed for more growth wen you blast again.

Yeah maybe...dont know whats behind all that. Or even if i believe it. All i know is the schedule is ridiculous to keep up. Im pushing 18hr days (workouts+work+daily prep) some thing has to give. Family stuff takes a back seat as its suprising how much of your life this hobby ACTUALLY takes up. Its almost comical...just working out??? Lol, not even the half of it. My left knee paid the price for my big push toward a 405 front squat, its chronic now. Thinking about surgery they been telling me to have on my lower back for over a decade now. Creates more and more problems these days. Still pushing thru the pain. I have a hernia i been thinking about getting checked out. Point? Getting older sucks! And im tired. Very tired. And my boys wanna go fishin

Always cracks me up when i see a young guy say it sucks getting older[emoji23][emoji23] you dont really even start to see and feel the effects of ageing till bout 40. I didnt start feeling the consequences of a lifetime in the gym ( injuries ) till bout 44ish. And at 49 i still feel great sept some banged up shoulders and knees that are tired of heavy squats.

that depends on whether or not we are talking about prepared vs dry weight i suppose. yes, 3/4 of prepared is 36 grams of carbs. which in dry weight, is equivalent to 1/4 cup. so 1 cup DRY weight of jasmine is 144 grams of carbs.

i always go by dry weight and not prepared. rice can ballon up alot more depending on cook time and amount of water used. so it never made sense to me to measure cooked weight.

I guess I cook rice in huge batches so I'm not really sure how to measure the dry weight and eat it

Live a little, Truk. Take the wife out to a nice dinner then go get some fishing done the next day, you need it.
 
Im in for sure as this is gonna be very interesting and informative to the newer guys especially and some of us old dogs as well.
Ill be doing my favorite cycle for bulk and strength. Test,deca and EQ. Thinking about adding some mast cause i do really like it even though i dont really think of it as a bulking agent. Also I continue to have a tight diet even though im on bulk cause putting on fat is not an option for me. I like to be lean at all times. So if i put on 10-15lbs im good with that cause its lean mass.
What numbers do you run on your test, deca, eq? How many weeks? I got enough for it all but I'm planning on starting maybe 750 week sust, 600 week eq, and low dose deca (250-300), with a tbol kicker and maybe finish off with 6 weeks var. Thinking 20 weeks total but that depends on what all ends up being in the mix.

Honestly, i like your plan. I might run test a little lower say 5-600 tops but im in the minority on that so 750 mg should be good.
Im assuming this isnt your first cycle. Otherwise i would recommend
300mg test alone.
But your deca and eq is right where i would run them at.

I'm very interested on your post I do my own trt also. Have never played around with the thought of doing Deca along with my test-e. Question have you done this before and how does it work out for you. Thanks again bro
I've used deca before and my body loves it. I always self administer 120mg of deca per week along with my prescribed dose of 100mg test c

Thanks! No this is not my first cycle. I felt like cycle was pretty solid but I figured might get flamed for adding in the low dose deca while running eq. Not sure if this is a good idea or not at this point just an idea. But I've thought about starting test/eq at 600 a week and then possibly bumping them up about 8 weeks in. Not sure if I came up with this idea from some bro science I've read or if there's some actual science behind it. What I've read is about 8 weeks your gain slow down and by upping the dose it gets everything to popping again.
 
Bout to start my next cycle in a couple weeks. Im gonna run 750mg test, 525mg npp, and 50mg dbol preworkout. Ive never ran npp before is 525 a good place to start or should i bump it up to like 700?

I think its a good start bro. I like NPP at 525 and 700![emoji12]
 
Forgot to mention i got some tren ace left over from last cycle. Would it be worth it to add in with my npp, test and dbol? Say at 50mg eod.
