Meso Community Fall/Winter '16 Bulk

Change is good but not as much as most people swap in and out programs. I don't buy in to this certain level you gotta reach to start adding in more advanced techniques. It's just another way of adding stress to the muscle. And bring it out of its comfort zone. Progressive resistance is key but it's not the only factor. I won't call it muscle confusion but this is a reality. Also I don't think maintenance work would be required. All the same working sets are there just by way of supersets, pre exhaustion sets, 21's, heavy negatives, rest pause to name a few. Because your incorporating supersets you wouldn't by nature have as many sets per week as you do now but it would be extremely effective at breaking plateaus.
For example I just changed out a few things after a few months of doing everything as written.

Gone are the dumbbell flats & inclines for hammer strength inclines and flats. Same motion, different way to distribute the stress.
Gone are the same arm exercises for 2 new ones
Gone are the vertical pulls and dumbbell rows. Now I rotate vertical pulls and bent barbell rows for balance. Alot of way to do things
I incorporated a different calf routine as well which is way way more challenging than straight sets performed ED.

Try this out
5 sets of 10 @ (whatever weight)
15 sec rest
5 sets of 10 @BW
Essentially supersets. I CANNOT perform these everyday. Too challenging. Too much overload. But I try for at least twice per week. Made a tremendous difference in my size, power and control in my calf training.

Honestly I know it keeps the game fun when you learn more and incorporate these more suffisticated routines. But all one has to do is lift weight...But I understand why someone would put more into it then that.

Seems light for calves. I am 185. On standing calf I do 30 x 150. 20 x 250. 20 x 250. 10 x 400. 10 x 400. These are full motion, heels below bar to heels above bar, no bouncing, smooth reps.

Then hit seated calf. I don't know what the apparatus itself weighs so I'll just quote the plates for weight used. 30 x 140. 20 x 180. 20 x 180. 10 x 230. 10 x 230.

I really like the high volume start. Gets a great pump going and I still get to go heavy for the last two sets. Body weight doesn't cut it for calf growth for me. Or any other muscle for that matter. That would be a good de-load day though.

Have you tried it man? Watched the video?
The BW supersets are basically to increase control and force more contractions. If you can walk after wards ya done didn't push yourselfo_O

Yea, I see it's 5 sets of 10 with bodyweight reps between sets. The no rest seems tough. But in order to do no rest I would have to do less weight and volume than I currently do. I'm usually completely on fire, painful pumps, after each set. I literally go to failure so this wouldn't be possible without stopping before failure. But it may be good for a change of pace once in a while.

Mine's only got five weeks left, but here's my current bulk plan.

700mg/week test cyp
535mg/week tren ace
2iu/day HGH

~3800 calories on off days
~5000 calories on training days

Currently 210lbs
Goal is ~220lbs

Gonna recomp awhile after, then drop a few pounds to like 215lbs before my next blast and meet prep early next year. Then bulk to about 227lbs and cut to 220lbs for my meet in April.

I start my big boy cycle on halloween. 1g test e and 1.2 deca 12 weeks. Maybe extend my deca 16 before dropping to trt dose of 100mg test c and 120mg deca

I hate to say but I always plan my cycle around Halloween. I still dress up and hit a party every year. Gotta be yolked. After I take my son trick or treating he'll go to his grand pops and its time for me to treat some tricks

That's what I'm talking about, get them goodies ;)

I managed to jack up my shoulder doing dips and after various attempts to get it going in the right direction I decided to cut my cruise short. I continued doing the test cyp so I could stretch out my test p supply and just switched over to test p. Gave me a lump. Bottom line 700 test p 500 npp 350 tren ace. Ive switched up my routine from a ppl type to this

focusing on my tricepts traps and deadlift. Im shifting my focus from a flat bench to upper.
my shoulder seems to slowly improving. Exercises are a bunch of oldies but goodies, with some new stuff sprinkled in like the seated half press and the hang deadlift. I just may have really figured out how to blow up my traps (yeah, its called nandrolone and tren hur hur) but Im gonna talk about that later on, a little more research needs done.

last but not least I think based on diagnostic tests Ive done myself o_O I have some kinda subscapular tendonitis. I have some reduction in mobility in my arm, reaching behind my back. flat bench, dips really seem to really aggravate it and it can be quite painful. and heres the kicker, If I lie on my belly and prop myself up on my elbows I can feel a pulling sensation like a thin strap where the trap and deltoid meet. also early on I had like a pinch in my neck same side but thats gone away and might not have even been related. sound familiar anyone?

Blasted off here on Monday. Starting with 1,200mg test, 600mg deca, 600mg eq per week, 40mg dbol/day, and 10u humalog, 2iu GH Preworkout. My blasts always change and increase as I go but this is the base. I plan on adding or switching some tren and anadrol in sometime and adding more GH and slin as I progress. This will be a 20 weeker if I can last![emoji51]
