Meso Community Fall/Winter '16 Bulk

I would love it if I can do a serious bulk this fall/winter. I want to start competing, so I'd like to put on as much mass as possible.
I'd probably be running my second cycle ~September. I'm thinking about extending this first cycle of var for 12 weeks, so I'll be taking another 3 months off to let my body balance again.
For that bulking cycle I'd like to look into running a low dose of primo. Anavar is working great and I love it, but I'd like to see how my body reacts to other compounds.
I still have a couple of months to do my research and figure out doses etc.
I'm sure I'll find some of the gold @GearGodess has left in threads regarding doses etc. btw, looking forward to your bible!! Lol
No, but seriously, all the advice that comes from experienced females is greatly appreciated here.
Macros, I'd probably do 50C/30P/20F
right now I'm doing 40/40/20 and my body reacts so well whenever I do high carb.
I'm curious as to how primo gains are different from var. I know there's oral and injectable primo. Prob would opt for the latter as I'm afraid of putting too much stress on my liver. (I'm a recovering alcoholic AND cirrhosis runs in my family)

nw bulk Tren/ Mast or Tren/Deca or Tren/EQ which one for the gold

What does of which 500 of each Test, Mast, amf Tren?
 
Do you prefer higher rep/lower weight or higher weight/lower reps for your bulks?
Higher Weight lower reps. Generally try to pick a weight that i fail around the 6-8 rep range.


Will you be following a standardized program, or do you "wing" it in the gym?
I follow my own program. I have a funky body and don't respond well to a lot of lifts. So after 7 years of trial and error i put together my own plan that i know will give me a great pump.

What has been the biggest road block for you in the past in terms of putting on quality mass?
Lifting for aesthetics. Going to the gym 5 days a week and lifting super heavy can really be draining, especially since i work for a moving company. When i lift more light and a higher rep range i'm still pretty damn sore but i'm not fatigued as much all week.

What is a realistic goal for you to achieve this bulk?

Trying to get my bench over 300, and getting my squat as high as possible since my hernia is going to eventually kill my leg progress, so i want to be at the highest i can be.

Also I just got a raise, got my tax returns and only plan on saving more so this bulk i can actually afford a great cycle and A LOT OF FOOD.
 
Late to another party, but subbed.

I'm not sure if I'll be in a position to bulk, come August. However, if i am, I'm planning a typical adrol / test / deca cycle. haven't looked at any other details in depth, as this would be my first bulk. i know i want to keep carbs relatively low by comparison and put on more quality gains than fat.
 
As my current log will attest to, my test e, tren e bulker has been rough going. However just picked up some ghrp -6 yesterday and it has me eating the ass out of dead hookers. :-) hopefully this trend continues.

Mmmmmmmmmmmm...Love me some dead hooker ass. I like to stuff the asshole with a mango, cashew, cornbread stuffing and broil on a low heat and baste with butter, garlic and thyme. Best dead hooker ass ever.
 
It was an alright workout and I took more then I was told to. I'm actually back on pre works as of two weeks ago and I get a much better pump and workout from them. I know a lot of members hate them but I'm so fucking tired at the end of a work day that I need the boost. I'm a fucking mad man in there on preworkouts. Lol my favorite being Mr. Hyde. I've currently switched to a Meso brand. It's by far the strongest thing I've ever taken and I'm an exspeed addict. I've been taking it 2 weeks and can only take a 1/4 of a scoop if I don't wanna feel jittery Afterwards. It's helped me out a lot. Currently doing a full FST7 program with 30-45 mins worth of cardio a day with it. Also when I go to leave I usually still have energy and say fuck it and do abs as well. Life has been crazy lately and without this stuff my workouts would be shit.

Ordered some of this and searched to see if anyone on meso had anything to say about it after I ordered. Then I see all your responses haha, did u give up on it ?
 
y'all got me thinking about my next run.. About to start:

Wks 1-4 Dbol 30mg day
Wks 1-16 Test C 750mg/wk
Wks 1-16 EQ 900mg/wk (Frontload 1500mg)
Wks 8-16 Tren E 400mg/wk
adex on hand
TRT cruise (doc prescribed.. baseline TT was 83.. After one 50mg shot of Test C last week my TT came in at 397 after a morning lab done yesterday... very odd to me)

This will run me to 1st week of August so plan on my "bulk" around November. Was thinking something simple and not too heavy.. I agree with @OdieM about bulking away all the hard work I put into a "cut/lean bulk". A month ago my BF was measuring around 19%.. What do y'all think of the below? Should I push the test up? I have enough for up to 1g a week for 10 weeks.. I haven't ran 1g in probably 8 years..

Wks 1-12 Test C @ 500mg/wk
Wks 1-10 Deca @ 600mg/wk
Wks 8-12 Tren A @ 200mg/wk

I am 34, 5'9 192lbs roughly 15% BF.
 
So i may either have to start earlier or not join in on this... endo wants to see me late october and i need at least 6 weeks of trt dose to drop back down to normal levels...

Drugs:

Test Enanthate- 2000mg's throughout
Deca Durabolin- 800mg's throughout
EQ- 1000mg's throughout
Dianabol + Anadrol - 50mg's EACH for the first 4 weeks
GH- 5iu/day
Insulin- Humulin 6iu in the morning, 4iu 5-6 hours later
IGF-1 LR3- 50mg's post workout for the first 30 days, 2 weeks off, then repeat.

Diet will most likely be Dave Palumbo's bulking diet, as I've had success with his programs before.

Training is likely to be John Meadows' program again, I'll probably rerun Annihilation Wave, as I loved it. Focusing on the 8-10 rep range with heavier weights....

Who is in to track their progress around the same time?

Im in, but i started about 2 weeks ago because i have a date (oct8) that i need to be in peak condition for so im running a short (clean) bulk 6 -7 weeks then its time to cut. Goal is to keep abs throughout bulk so cutting should be pretty strait forward.

600mg mast PW- 400E 200P
200mg deca PW.
GH 2iu ed bumping to 4iu starting aug1
May add some tren A at 200 mg per week in sept if i feel the need but the goal is to NOT use tren.
Yup i know not much but for me this is a lot as i respond very well to lower dose say 400mg PW total on the norm.

Anyway i look forward to seeing how everybody that participates transforms at the end.

Im in. Maybe a week late. Im having hernia surgery, after that I'll need to build back up.
