Meso Community Fall/Winter '16 Bulk

Ok I wanna run mast. SO i had my cycle layed out already. But i need to make sure I have my money in check. So I might just drop the primo. And continue with the rest.
Ok brother I wish you the best of luck and great gains! I will not try to detour you from your plan. It's your body and I don't discriminate or judge. I'm sure people will look at my cycle and says it's too much or this and that is not needed but that will not convince me otherwise either. Keep us posted!
 
Ok brothers, here is what I am planning. Thanks WP for the cycle template idea. Blasting off tomorrow. The plan is a 20 WK blast ending in August. Still playing around with dosages a little on a few things but this is the foundation. This time frame will give me a few weeks to cruise before Archery elk season starts. I will cruise through August and September and concentrate on putting some meet in the freezer. September is the only time of the year where another hobby comes in front of bodybuilding. Will still be hitting the gym and eating to maintain gains but will be spending alot of time in the woods as well.

Ladies and gents,

Although most of us are going to start this community bulk in August, I wanted to start the thread to allow us to discuss the training models, drugs, diet, goals etc. It's always served me well to have a well organized system/plan before going into the next phase of my physique building. All are welcome to join, I would LOVE to see some female members participate too!

A few questions to get us started:

Do you prefer higher rep/lower weight or higher weight/lower reps for your bulks?

What's your Protein/Fat/Carb ratio generally look like?

Will you be following a standardized program, or do you "wing" it in the gym?

What has been the biggest road block for you in the past in terms of putting on quality mass?

What is a realistic goal for you to achieve this bulk?

Currently stats are 5'7", 195 lbs, 15%+/- bf. Goal is to hit 212+ and maintain current BF.

Will be running Mountain Dog training programs!

Here is where I am going to start with my meal plan:

Meal 1) 4:00am: 4 whole OMEGA-3 eggs, 1 cups whites, 1 cup oats or two slices of Ezekiel bread,
1 banana
50p/70c/20f
Meal 2) 7:00am: 8 oz. Chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 2 tbsp oil
50p/40c/30f
Meal 3) 10:00am: 8 oz. Ground beef, 1 cup brown rice, 1 avocado

Meal 4) 1:00pm: 8 oz. Chicken breast, 1 ½ cup jasmine rice

Meal 5) 4:00pm: Pre-workout- 60 grams whey isolate protein, 2 packets oatmeal

Meal 6) 5:00pm: Prime Nutrition MD Intra 2 scoops

Meal 7) 7:00pm: Post-workout- 2 cups egg whites, 2 packets oatmeal

I am doing the MAST/Primo/Turn/EQ or just a DECA/DBOL/EQ. And obv test with both. Primo is alot of money.

Domsday that looks BEASTLY. Hell yea. You are going to get big as fuck with that.

Wow! Let me give you some advice. If you're changing your cycle up because you can't afford certain oils Then please wait. I'm not being a dick at all. What I mean is that aas should be the most affordable thing during your cycle. I spend 1000s on food alone when I blast but yet my oils only cost 300-500 bucks.

Seriously? Lol that went better then I thought it would. Man it's your second cycle. Let me help you. Best cut cycle I've ran. Test, tren, mast. Probably not cool that I'm recommending tren for a second cycle but your previous one was a lot more extreme and you would be very happy with what I just laid out. Well as long as training and diet are on point. Also chicken is cheap. You don't have to spend 1000s like I do but I just cant eat chicken and eggs 5-6 times a day.

100000%. (Well, minus GH lol), food is #1 cost for me monthly
 
Yo @Oregongearhead this morning fishing/tanning trip was a success. Pics to follow later. Got to mow my lawn before the trip or the damn home owners association will issue me another warning. Fucking bastards, I mow my lawn every other Sunday and they give me warnings all the damn time.

Oh that sucks, I lived in such a complex before and it's been a royal pain in the ass.I've kept my unit neat as a pin and even spent thousands renovating it.
 
Wish I could introduce sero's in my Test cyp 800 per week, T prop/kicker 50mg EOD, 50mg dbol, NPP run. Everytime i got cash for growth some shit goes wrong in the house or some random crap happens. Oh well. One day it'll be a lean bulk with growth. Feeling damn good and really stoked on this run. So far havnt touched the BP meds...yet! Good thread WP. Biggest road block for me is my lateral deltoids, I've made progress but always want more. Another road block is the dent in my left pec. It really depresses me I have this hole in my chest. 6 years ago when i was training natural and wasn't on trt I blew my left pec pushing 315lbs under the bench, 3rd rep and boom. The tendon stayed attached but the small inner muscle that attaches to the inside of the pec, is gone. The sports doc said it had to repair on its own. Doc said he couldn't fix it because it be like attaching 2 pieces of hamburger meat together. They wouldn't stay. I got second opinion and same. Whateve.

It took a long ass time but I'm back pushing the Dumbbells on flat bench up 125lb each hand for 4 reps. Every time I go that heavy my rotator cuff hurts on the dented pec. Guess the shoulder is compensating for the weight. Will more likely decrease weight and shoot for higher reps. Don't wanna end up injured like this again. Biggest fear is gettin hurt. Very painful recovery.

After TRT and a few runs under my belt I look a helluva a lot better than this ugly pic. But you the idea of internal bleeding.

Oh for the record I warmed up extensively and worked my way to 315 for reps. I'm not that scum that bounces the bar off his chest. Slow and controlled. Never thought it happen to me. However, I now have more respect for the Iron is the lesson I learned.

Fucking fuck! That looks gnarly, sorry to see that! Knock on wood, I've never had a major injury in the gym!

I would say my "best" muscles are my deltoids, rear delts included. I always hit them high rep, 15-30 rep range, for 4 sets on 1 routine, and another 3 or 4 on another.

Try doing reverse pc deck flys with 20 reps, hold at the top of the rep for 1 second each rep. After 20, try and knock out as many partials as you can till failure.

Ochie. That looks so incredibly painful. Glad you are feeling a little better and you're able to lift again. Injuries are definately humbling but I think they can make you a better athlete by working around them, learning different variations etc.
Do you stretch and warm up your rotator cuff? It probably does try to compensate for the injured pec. Def paper it with a lot of stretches and deep tissue massages as it is under so much stress. Releasing all that fasciae always helps with pain and helps to prevent injuries.
