Mine is even more interesting. I haven't been able to receive my order since October. At first, they told me it hadn't passed customs and was sent back to them. I waited for it to return. In mid-December, tired of waiting, I wrote to them and asked for a resend. They replied that I had to pay an extra 30% of the order price, and they'd refund me once it got back to their warehouse. I paid. On December 25, they gave me a tracking number that still doesn't show up anywhere.I initially contacted this number: +86 173 5797 1264, and I finalized the order with them.
Later, I saw that Yura mentioned here in the thread that the WhatsApp account had been blocked/frozen and that there was a new number. After that, I contacted the new number she provided, +86 177 2251 7617, which is the number that sent me the tracking information.
