I'm 26 , 5'10, and 175 lbs 10% bf. I've only hit free weights for the past 2 weeks. Was in prison for the lasr 4 years so all I had were cable weights and a burbee routine. I just put up 110 on military press and 200x6 on bench... goddamn was it wobbly! Thanks for the reply.

Not much. Stuck at the house every night with an 8 pm curfew, etg tests, drug u.a.'s. Beats being inside though. Time to become a beast, any advice you have... I listen. Thanks for the reply.

Hahaha. Better than using a catheter though! That shit still makes me cringe when I think about it.
Ya don't run gear tell your out of that house do the right thing first and when the time is right plan your cycle learn a proper pct plan have a AI on hand eat like a mother fucker and get big
