Whats up guys. Been lurking here for over a year and now that im gonna take the plunge again, decided to finally sign up. Stats: 31yrs, 6-01, 230lbs, about 15-20% depending on diet and training, been lifting and dieting for 13 years. Was in good shape but have run into some hiccups over the past year. Tore my right pec in 01/15, had to have surgery to attach the tendon to the bone. Came back from that but will never be the same. And a couple months ago tore some rib cartilage. Still nursing that but hopefully will be back lifting heavy soon.
History: have a bit of a grasp on the game but still consider myself a noob. Have 3 cycles under my belt (foolishly at the age of 18/19/20). 1st Test E 500mgs 12 weeks, 2nd Test E 500mgs/Equi 400mgs 12 weeks, 3rd Test E 500mgs 12 weeks. Novla and Clomid for PCT all 3 times. I was young so never got bloods but as far i could tell it went well. Bounced back well and kept about 70% of gains and strength because of diet and training. Fortunate enough to eat and maintain a proper diet. Did 3 rounds of prohormones at 21. 4 weeks of Superdrol, 4 weeks of Tren X, then last was 4 weeks of Superdrol and Tren X. I really fucked myself up by underestimating them and their potential. Shortly after my last stint with prohormones i got full blown gyno. Had easily a golf ball of tissue under each nipple, probably more. Made me very upset these over the counter pills messed with my body and gear didnt. Hated life and had to dress around it but never stopped me from lifting. Did however get me out of the game. After 6 bad years, had gyno surgery. Best decision i have ever made. Went from a closet full of flannels to tees and tank tops. The whole experience left me very upset.
Anyways decided to get back in it. Have felt my strength and size go down. Its been much harder to get motivated. Have signs of Low T. Dr looked at my blood work and T was 490. He said i was good and sent me on my way. So now i feel like im in a rut. Have a good idea of what i want to run, just trying to figure out my dosage. Once i think i have it down ill post for advise. Main concern is to keep gyno as far away from me as possible. I know its part of the game, just need the odds in my favor.
