More than i would have expected in proportion to my post. Nevertheless, you weren't offending or belittling, rather, you are challenging me to reconsider my own point(s) of view and also to place myself in the shoes of the providing company.
Why would he reship? Well, as i understand it now, delivery is consider complete once past customs and in route via USPS and at my door. If i were to refuse to give a signature, then i would be refusing the product. I get it.
However, i didn't want assume anything, and i have always been of the impression that no question is a dumb or bad question (relatively speaking, or course). By this I mean to say that, I thought, if a packaged is refused it is then returned to the sender. And if it is returned then there is an opportunity to re-ship. And i assumed that cost of shipping and re-shipping would be mine anyway, as it typically is with other delivery i.e. amazon, etc.
When a pkg is seized by our customs: Forgive me if i'm stating the obvious, but if such a letter is received, i presume no one is contestiong and neither is someone paying the tax for risk of the obvious?
Fear: It can be debilitating; and the root of fear is lack of knowledge. Most highly intelligent persons typically specialize in a particular field. No one is all knowing. So even the smartest person my be reduced to a child always asking the question why this and why that. Only in time and with some growing pains does one gain confidence. Till then, all someone, such as myself, can do is continue reading and engaging in discourse with like minded people. Some will willingly and gladly educate me, and others may swat at me every chance they get. Its human nature, and that's fine with me. We all have to pay our dues.
In answer to your question, am i afraid of being arrested? Emphatically. Is there any one here not afraid?

Why would anybody want amps??? They're harder to draw from, only 1ml per amp...too many negatives for amps. Give me a jug.
