Hello, my stats, and my question to you all

Hey everyone,

I was advised to intro myself here before asking questions in other threads. Fair enough.

I just turned 30 years old. I've been very athletic since I was 15 years old, and to this day, I train BJJ 3 days a week, Muay Thai 3 days a week, Wrestling 2 days a week, and general HIIT conditioning 5 or 6 days a week early mornings.

I'm 5"5 and weight 143lbs. I fight at 145lbs.
BF: 13% (keep in mind I train and diet to fight, I don't bodybuild per se. It's a bit different)

I do want to bring my BF to around 10%. It's getting harder as I'm getting older. Plus, for fighting I have to keep my endurance high, and in order to do that, I need plenty of carbs. lol not saying it's impossible, but it's harder (atleast for me).

I've never taken any form of steroids, but have been reading all about it. Main reason I've never taken Test is the side effects (hair loss, anger, etc.) I also notice that a lot of inexperienced people just jump into AAS without much info. I even read the threads where you guys advise them not to but they do it anyways.. and regret it later because they ran some bullshit oral only cycle or something. I never understood this.

Anyways, I've been thinking of running some GW1516 to increase my endurance even more which would allow me to train harder with shorter breaks to lean out a little. I'm gonna clean up my diet a little bit more also.

For those of you who have tried it, what are your thoughts on GW? From my research on the forums and logs, it's subtle but offers many positives for someone like me.

Thanks in advance and pleasure to e-meet you all.

Welcome. Lot of great info here just have to spend hours reading but you will learn young grass hopper lol.. I have no idea about the supplement your asking about so I won't comment on it.... Oh and don't let any of your post be "hey guys what is a good source to buy from" it won't be pretty. Good luck!

You would benefit from a simple test cycle, 300 mg test ew. You don't need all the bells and whistles for what you do. You only perform well as long as you continue using AAS. Understanding how to run a successful pct is crucial. Start reading.

Before you even consider using a low dose of test get blood work done to see where your test levels are at naturally.
