This is my first post here, just lil introduction I'm 26 year old been lifting weights since 2005 never used gear or anything that is why I'm still skinny b.but definitely wants to use something now so hopefully I will learn a lot here from you guys

I would say I eat very healthy and a lot I gained weight my biceps are stuck on 17in. And I do not think so I can gain any more size or it would be super hard to gain
 
I was and still am considered a hard gainer. Eat carbs. Drink whole milk.

I'm a bulk I'll eat 2 peanut butter sandwiches with 16oz of whole milk before bed every night. You'll put on some size.

Do you count the macros? I thought I was eating a shitload of food until I started using MyFitnessPal to track my meals. Some days I would hit 3700 calories and others I would only get 2200. Use it religiously until you have a solid diet plan or meal plan. Easy to use and helped me a lot.

No not really I do nit count but I do know I eat a lot lol.but I think I'm at stage where it's hard to get any bigger th st is why I'm interested to use gear. One of my buddy he used just test e abd gained 1 inch on his biceps wow that was amazing
 
If you don't know how much you're eating, how do you know what to adjust?

I'm good friends with a supplement shop owner, know him for years, and for years he drilled into me to count my macros. Never did. Always thought "ehhh fuck that, I'll just drink more shakes to get bigger" that's when I was 6'3" and 180lbs. I'm now 215 on a lean day and up to 220 after some good eating. I had to count my macros to realize I was barely eating carbs and barely eating 1g per lb of body weight.

Count the macros for a full week. Don't change your diet. Come back and let's revisit and and tweak. Best advice I can give is the best advice I ever got.

5'10". 160lbs. And 17" biceps???

I have to say that I just start leg workout before this never ever even think about my legs and now they look really funny could be one reason I'm still 160pound

Do you have any supplement shops around your area that do the "inbody" assessment? BF, Lean Muscle Mass, Water weight, blah blah blah. You may be more than 10%. Not being a dick, just an honest opinion.

We will also need a pic of your chicks tits..... for scientific purposes.

I respect your opinion I'm not sure if I'm over 10% or low but nowadays I would say last 2 month's I'm nit eating healthy at all so could be reason but anyways I'm here to learn from you guys so thank uu for your reply
