Stop clogging the threads with your bullshit. Make a cycle log and sit in your corner, people will help when they want. Nobody is giving you advice with your unrealistic goals and shitty diet plan.

Better yet, read a real cycle log and go by that. Just stop posting altogether until you have a clue. And drop the tren, you're not going to grow into it and it's not magic. Get your shit together and be realistic.
 
At 8000 calories a day and already at 18-20% bf, I don't see much there that will help you drop the bf you want to.
 
This cycle is bad. You can get down to 12% body fat pretty easily without gear just by not eating like shit.

You're delusional if you think this plan will make you lose 8-10% body fat.
 
Seems excessive. Just diet down and then when close to your desired bf% hop on test p and tren a for 8 weeks. Id first get your meal plan set. I think the 8k cal diet was awful and excessive... I'm seeing a trend

Deplete myself of glycogen, then run 200p 250c 20f for a day and then run 200p 650c 60f for a day, then alternate down to 10% or something lean, then taper up the 2k days to 4k 3k for a week and hold off at 4k, by then I'll be on close to 2g gear so I shouldn't get too sloppy tapering calories up, protein powder, some meat, pasta, rice, dextrose, pb, olive oil, iifym if I want to,

You aren't depleted of glycogen unless you eat 50g of carbs or less for multiple days in a row and do the appropriate exercise to rid it. I realize you are a troll and have zero concept of nutrition or training but man you are either a lying loser about all this or you are going to put your health at risk because of how little you know
