CT Fletcher: My Magnificent Obsession

Is he honest about usage?

Honestly, I'm still only about 2/3's of the way through it so I don't know if he discusses it or not for sure yet however, I don't think it'll be spoken about. But I might be wrong, it's a pretty raw movie about his life and struggles it just doesn't seem like that is a very big part of it IMO. His diet is more fascinating to me than his gear usage though probably! I won't spoil it, it's a good part.

If you're thinking he still uses.... I VERY highly doubt it.

I seen this the other day on there but have to wait for an uninterrupted session from the wife and kids.

Same here and I still haven't been able to get the whole way through it. Very good so far.

Im going to check this out later. Theres not many people who get me as hyped as CT.

I think you'll like it bud. I know you like his motivation type videos and this is very reminiscent of them. It all really makes sense when you hear the guy's story, I don't think a lot of it could be embellished.

Doesn't talk about usage at all, actually there's a clip of him benching back in the day when he said it's all natural man meat. So basically ya claiming natty. Still not a bad movie just not what I thought it be it was more about struggles of his home life then lifting

Looks good. I'm gonna have to watch that. Drugs or no drugs.

I know the guy has had heart problems, but if he can maintain 20" vascular biceps at 55 years old natty I'm not sure what's possible anymore

So many guys have these beliefs that this and that isn't possible without gear... I think many guys would be shocked at the low amounts of gear that some of these guys tend to run or the complete absence of gear being run in general.

Personally, it's not surprising to me at all if he isn't running gear and it isn't surprising to me that some elite level guys run minimal amounts. A LOT of other things at play.

Spoiler Alert:

In the documentary he claims to have been natty the entire time and it was his diet that allowed him to attain his strength and size. Which eventually led to open heart surgery, dying on the operating table, etc.

Now assuming this is 100% true. In hindsight, do you think he would have avoided his heart health complications with a proper diet and moderate AAS use?

I just thought it's hella ironic that being natty with a shit diet brought the same or worse consequences than abusing roids.

I'd be surprised if he was running anything at all even back in the day....
You both are crazy

I believe he has admitted to it but I highly doubt it was anything extreme. Probably didn't run PCT or anything but who knows.
I respect CT and what he's done, but breaking world records in strength natty is unlikely. I think he's just like every other fake natty out there, but we got zero proof so none of this really matters

You have to be on gear to have 20" biceps? I'm crazy because I know it's entirely possible without gear to accomplish that?

To me, it's crazy to point right to steroids as the reason for accomplishing such a thing. Genetics, myostatin limitations, etc. play a bigger part than gear ever will.

Completely agree. Yet Father Time is the only one who has never lost. Younger, I can see it, at his age now? Seems like he has to be running at least a high TRT dose.

Could you imagine CT addressing some of these young guys posting on MESO who are lusting to run gear? That would be worth seeing every time!!
