On that note, I'll be heading over to VT this month to The Alchemist brewery to pick up some Heady Topper. It's an IPA, not really my style, but it's rated top 5 or 10 in the world, and one of the most coveted. Source says it's not overrated like many other 'top beers'.

Ya know three of my son's are home, I went into each of their rooms this morning when I got done working out and asked each of them if they wanted to go get breakfast.... they all declined until I left then they all called me saying they did not remember me asking because they were sleeping. Tough luck I guess, my belly is full.I hope you learned a lesson this morning Sean....

Preworkout meal #1 today. Bought 200 candy bars for the kids for Halloween only had 2 kids show up. I've binge eaten about 50 already but now this is what Ima do every workout I do I get a chocolate bar for my pre. So I'll be doing 3 workouts today then

morning snack: whey tasteless with salt water ( natural isotonic, i mean is a mix of salt water with water, dont like gatorade) and some integral bread.
Already halfway done, but four scrambled cheesy eggs and three biscuits with gravy.

If you guys have ever been to noodles and company, you have to try the penne rosa. Best dish ever if you like a little bit of spice in your food. I usually make the sauce at home myself.
