Excuse my ignorance, but I assume ria is similar to wu/mg? Is it any more/less safer than other $$$ transfer methods? Is online transfers using ria ok?

Ria works exactly the same as WU/MG.

As with all money transfer companies
Senders are said to be safer by not showing an ID, and writing a fake name, phone number, and Email in the form.
Receivers (sources) are said to be safe only if receiving funds in a foreign, corrupt, non-American friendly country.

Ria is exactly same as wu/mg and less possibility of getting flagged as its a new system they dont flag I guess
