Test E 600mg/wk 1st Cycle

Both are cold flexed, no pump - I can get some pump shots too this weekend it's no problem

@cdusgk91 got some progress pics for you man - I know I'm not the leanest guy in the universe, but hopefully these gives you a decent idea of what to expect with a decent diet and lifting. This is ~25lb gain. I ran into some issues straining some stuff, but still alright progress overall
 
Mid Cycle Bloods - Test is 2633.9, Estriodol is 31.3.

Thoughts?

This is at 600mg/wk. Bloods taken week 10 of a 15 week cycle. Adex @ .5mg EOD. HCG 450iu on injection days. Bloods taken Friday around noon, last injection was Wednesday afternoon.

I'm glad your happy and it worked out for you but those are pretty low tt numbers for 600mg a week.

I agree, I've seen a lot of other blood levels, people running 500-600mg/wk that are a lot higher than mine, think 1000+ higher. Part of me thinks that's just the nature of this industry, although I'll be doing this many more times in the future. I made aight gains at this level, so we''l just get more bloods on the next one until we get it right lol. It'd be nice to get those good higher levels and make more gains

It's kind of...not low enough for me to complain about, but not as high as I was expecting...

Hows the training been? Did you pull something?? Ive been making sure to thoroughly stretch before my sessions. My strength has gone way up and my shoulders seem to ache really bad if I don't stretch properly before and after lifting. I'm glad you're doing good though man how many weeks are you in now? Do you have your pct ready to go?

Man the strains seem to be mostly better now - I'm doing some high rep low weight stuff to get back into it for my left pec and tri.

My last injection was 10/23 (Sunday), so I'm going to start PCT on the 13th, that's 3 weeks after my last injection. I'm considering starting a half week earlier...then again I'd rather lengthen PCT on the backside than start too early...so I'll probably go the latter route. PCT is going to be nolva/clomid from the OP. Nipple sensitivity is non existent and strength/lifts/pumps are still where they were.
 
how much of a caloric surplus were you eating? you definitely put on some quality size

My maintenance is around 3k, I was probably averaging minimum 600-800 over 5-6 days a week. Lifted 4-5 days a week. Typical linear progression type workouts

I think I could do a lot better if I did it again, but hey hindsight is always 20/20 lol

A couple more pics are on page 2, and I plan on uploading some more this weekend

I'm going to keep updating, although a bit more spaced out through PCT to keep track of what a keep overall, hopefully this helps someone. Early next spring I'm planning on running another

For sure man, I started PCT today and have felt pretty good the past couple weeks - being on was the best feeling but it's still good now lol. Hit shoulders/tris/light chest and abs today. Put up PRs on DB shoulder press, got the 70s for 10 easily, 75x8, and 80x8. Most I've ever tried and it went great
 
Aight bros, one week down on PCT.

Dosed Clomid 100mg for first 4 days, then 50mg thereafter.
Nolva 40mg for first 4 days then 20mg thereafter

I've noticed Clomid does make my actual eyeballs a bit sensitive an hour or so after taking it. No vision problems or anything like that. I feel pretty good overall, lifts, size etc is right where I was. Weight has been consistent ~247 for the past 2 weeks or so
 
@MoneyShot thanks for the updates man ... glad you're still feeling good I'm nervous about my energy, sex drive and overall feeling of well-being when I get off. I have enough test to extend it to a 16 week cycle idk if I'm going to or not yet :/

All in all honestly gains stop at 12 weeks. Anything past that your just maintaining and prolonging your recovery. Unless you ramp up the dosage or food intake. And by week 16 you'll start doubting if you want to come off.
