3 weeks into cycle blood results

Looks more like you just came off a cycle with some heavy orals in there and your insulin sensitivity was shot due to HGH. Usually the AST elevated beyond ALT is due to alcohol consumption. You been partying bro?
Nope, never done any sort of PEDs before this cycle. I was drinking maybe once every 2-3 weeks and that too just socially. I'm almost 100% sure it's due to my training because it wasn't even 2x over the upper threshold. It's considered mild elevation at 4x over and becomes a concern at 6-10x over. Btw, currently not drinking at all on cycle, tracking all my nutrition, all my lifts, making sure to train smart and progress in the gym.

None of business bro. Just giving you some grief. I don't really drink either yet my AST is always above my ALT. Weird shit.

If my precycle labs were that high personally I wold abstence from cycling .
I think that you are just accumulating to worst side effects .
Liver & kidney values are high.

About the estro I been up to 70 with non sides at all.
For me no ai need at all. : but always have it on hand .

I am on no orals. I'm just on test-E 250mg E3D + 0.25 adex EOD. Also, I've spent quite a bit of time researching AST/ALT levels and mine are completely normal for someone who lifts regularly. They become a concern once they're elevated beyond 5-6x the upper end of the normal range.

I agree Hcg won't save my HPTA but it has been shown to keep the testes working and allows for a much smoother transition and recovery when coming off. Agreed on point 3. Will not mess with AI dosage unless I notice sides.

LFTs aren't a concern until they reach 5-6 times the upper limit of normal really? I'd like to see that evidence lol!

And HCG has NOT been "shown" to aid
recovery esp while cycling.

If you already KNOW the answers (which you clearly don't) why bother asking!

Good luck!

Hmm I disagree based on the data out there. And as you can see they haven't gone up at all, even to what's considered mildly high.

Did not know the answers till after I asked :D. But now I know. Also consulted via email with my doc. He agreed, just said to keep an eye on it.

BULLSHIT no PHYSICIAN who is cognizant of the toxic hepatic effects of AAS will allow LFTS to reach 5-6 times the norm before suggesting the CAUSE be discontinued!

That's bc changes in LFTS lag BEHIND the magnitude of hepatocellular injury and further increases are almost guaranteed.

Ofcourse not. I never said that. I said it is considered a mild elevation for athletes at that level. This is already in the literature out there. If it is headed in that direction obviously you should try to pinpoint what the reason is. Especially if it continues to rise. Mine is not continuing to rise. I will keep an eye on it and get bloods done again in maybe 4-5 weeks. I was saying it is nowhere near what's considered concerning currently.

Muscular exercise can cause highly pathological liver function tests in healthy men

Oh what else is new LFTS can increase MINIMALLY bc of exercise duh.

I'm specifically referring to your comment LFTS are not concerning until they reach 5/6 times the norm, bc that is NOT EVIDENCE BASED, but rather concocted nonsense and NOT
"physician recommended".

The latter could be inferred since you failed to clarify what "your doc was ok with".

And that's the kind of crap we don't need being passed around to others on this forum !

Giannini, E.G., R. Testa, and V. Savarino, Liver enzyme alteration: a guide for clinicians. CMAJ, 2005. 172(3): p. 367-79.

"Concerning" is a relative term. You're right, anything out of the normal range can be considered "concerning". I guess I should have worded "should be concerned" as "there's probably something wrong".

At least you're tracking your levels with bloodwork. Better than most people. Keep an eye on everything, you probably won't die!

Oceanus99,did you see how many idiots are here and they just talk BS.August 2016 my AST-111 no alcohol just train and diet natty.Jan 2017 AST-54 same routine, still high but not significant.Between august and january all bunch of exams on my liver like ultrasound,CT,hida test etc.And last week i start doing the research what causing high AST.And i found this study says AST levels will be high significant 7 days after weight trainning in athletes because of a damageed muscle tissue.AST is enzyme that runs in a blood stream. So for all this forum specialsts who makes comments ,i recommend to read studies before make any comments or advising people.

Perhaps the entire story is missing such as

- did you inform the Docs of your
PED use from A to Z

- what was your bilirubin level?

- what was your CPK level?

One things for sure YOUR STORY
is more complicated than your leading others to believe bc it's no secret exercise can raise LFTs.

--- not knowing the details of your case I KNOW you wouldn't
be so judgemental if your Doc believed these changes were more likely the result of "exercise" but found a hepatic TUMOR, upon further "unnecessary" testing .

The point hindsight is 20/20, and few patients are forgiving when significant pathology is "missed" especially when
that "miss" effects OUTCOME!
